DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I had an extremely poor experience. I paid for my SmartBett via bank transfer. After paying the invoice, they replied to say I owed more for delivery, more than I had anticipated and more than the website told me. They never offered any sort of discount off the delivery for their error and instead said they refunded the money and cancelled the contract. Emailed them as I never received the refund and it turns out they never processed the transfer and they still have my money. Shockingly bad support. Run a mile away!
