The delivery was excellent, very friendly and managed to get the box into a tricky spot.

Access to the box was easy.

And delivery at the end of my time was also prompt, easy, and I would definitely work with them again in future.

Over many years we have enjoyed a professional, courteous and helpful service. This extends all the way from the initial enquiry by phone through to the final delivery and unloading of our crate.

I did not make the payment in time to secure the smart box booking however, i needed this box do or die & I called & explained my urgency & staff accommodated & approved my contract.
I requested x 3 packing straps as an added extra, I was charged however I did not receive the straps. I emailed the company & an employee called to say my money would be refunded. It’s been 2 weeks & no refund has been returned.

I have had a storage box with the company for the past two years. Customer service was very good on initial acquisition and continued to be so when accessing the box a number of weeks ago and again on delivery for the final move. The storage facility (Hallam) itself was clean and secure. My belongings on final delivery were also in original condition and free of dust so the boxes are well sealed. Highly recommended this company for storage and the professional handling. The only drawback was the positioning of the trailer for us to load as we were unable to safely attach the secondary ramp for loading. Staff member informed at pick up. Many thanks.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I’ve worked in the storage industry for over 11 years, and I can honestly say SmartBox Storage is one of the best services I’ve ever come across. From the very first call, the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

The boxes are solid, clean, and secure, and the delivery/pickup service made the whole process so simple. Being able to pack at my own pace without the hassle of driving back and forth to a storage unit is a game-changer.

Well I call around a year ago and was so many story but not with smart box not underlying cost straigh forward punctul very good value for money and fit all my staff and I got back safe not damage and they costumer service is the best from accounts to delivery the drivers were so polite and helpful and communication. I highly recommend 💯

I highly recommend Smartbox. We'd run out of room during our renovation and needed some short-term storage. The box was delivered to us on a Friday and picked up on Monday. Their service was prompt and their service friendly, with regular SMS updates. Too easy! Thank you, Smartbox!

Excellent efficient prompt personal service - very helpful with our inquiries and dropped off and picked up the box when they said they would, so no waiting around

POD arrived on time and Andrew was kind enough to help load, all round very easy and efficient

The delivery and pick up process was efficient and timely.
Great care was taken to ensure no damage was done to mum's driveway and drivers were reliable and helpful.

What I liked most was the communication speed and the crew were just down to earth blokes. Whenever I messaged they would get back to me immediately. My circumstances were a little different so my opinion may differ to some. But overall, my experience here was awesome. Thanks guys!

I needed the service urgently as I was in a stressful situation and every effort was made to accommodate me. I have since visited the storage facility in Scoresby and was impressed by the service I received. I highly recommend this service.

The guys who came to help me were extremely efficient. They handled my fragile items with care and packed the smart box in a logical order. The were knowledgeable about the additional services Smart Box have and I would highly recommend them to anyone moving anywhere… Fabulous service!
