Great after sales @ SBG --> I have bought prescription glasses several times at SmartBuyGlasses due to their vast product portfolio and great service. My latest pair broke due to a production issue but since they were still within the 2-year warranty period I got a new pair delivered with priority - no questions asked. So not just great sales but also great after sales. Kudoos + looking fwd to my next buy ;-) Paul

Extreme poor experience
This company has very poor after sales customer services. They failed to arrange delivery as per the delivery address i input in their website under my profile. I choose an express delivery (1-2 working days as they indicate and i have screen shot by the way) by accepting an extra charge but it now indicates the glasses will only at the distribution hub on 10 Apr for my order placed on 26 Mar. I am lossing my confidence that the glasses will arrive in a good condition given the extremely poor experiences. For those of you who wants to buy from this shop, please do triple consider.
