Great shopping experience with exceptional customer support.
It was a great shopping experience, as there were numerous glasses to choose from, and that there was virtual trying options as well.
The customer service was exceptional as well. I truly appreciated them to offer a refund when I accidentally checked out with paid shipping.
Overall, great shopping experience and would recommend to anyone looking for new glasses.

Shipping communication needs to be improved
The tracking link initially provided to me directed me to FedEx. However, after 5 business days, still no tracking information was available on FedEx. I contacted customer service and found out that the tracking number was actually for DPEX, not FedEx.
This caused some confusion and unnecessary worry, as I assumed the package had not been shipped properly. While customer service was polite and eventually clarified the situation, I wish the correct tracking information had been provided from the beginning. It would have saved time and reduced stress.
Overall, the experience was okay, but the miscommunication around the shipping carrier needs improvement.
