A pleasure to deal with this company - the ultimate experts in LED candles, both objective and very helpful in their advice and service.

We absolutely love these candles. I bought two sets last year in August 2024. We only just changed all the batteries! So impressed with the quality and the look of the flames. If you’re considering battery operated candles that look real, then look no further. It’s taken me a year to write this review because I don’t write that many! But I love switching these on and felt compelled to share the experience!

Having used Philips Imageo for years, the last light was finally giving up the ghost and I couldn't even find a set on eBay anymore. Fortunately hunting the net I found Smart Candle and got a small starter set to see if it might be acceptable. Although the chargers are ugly and a gaudy white plastic so won't go unnoticed sadly, the candles inside the glass holders are lovely, especially the gently flickering light, which looks amazingly realistic. What was particularly impressive was that what I ordered was not shipped out immediately. After some time I realised that I should have received them, so went hunting through my millions of unread emails to find that I had been emailed just after the order with a gentle suggestion that I may have ordered the wrong colour, and pointing out that most customers order a different one. I phoned, was answered almost immediately by person who emailed, my mistake was explained, and the alternative product was immediately shipped. How was that for service, when they could so easily just have shipped the colour I first ordered?

Bought 2 large smart candles for my lantern's. I am so impressed with them . They look and and the flame dances like the real thing.
The best candles I have ever seen . Bought the remote control too as it gives full control on the movement of the flame , brightness and timer etc.

My 2 LED candles arrived withing two days are excellent! What great service. Within an hour of ordering an incredibly helpful member of staff phoned to say that I had ordered the wrong remote and swopped it for me. I had also only ordered one set of batteries. He added the second free of charge!! When they arrived I had a query over the remote. He had answered my email by 09.02 the same morning. Gosh. Good old fashioned customer service!

Smart Candle goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. That was certainly the case for me when I came upon a transaction issue which they dealt with promptly.
I was so impressed when my Candle Holders arrived....the quality was nothing short of superb. There's even tiny magnets to help support and stabilise the whole structure of the Holder.
No wonder the price was that bit more than the usual run-of-the-mill Candle Holders.
Well worth every penny

Great quality designs (not cheap but value for money), good customer service by telephone, excellent problem solving response after a minor item was not included in a shipment.
