I have deleted this complaint on the basis it is hopefully now sorted.
My money refunded as course not suitable.
14 day cooling off period honoured. If in doubt use cooling off period it's not for everyone. Also to live trade the broker gives u a mini maths test.

SmartCharts Provides Real Trading Education
SmartCharts provides real trading education, not just access to a platform. I didn't truly appreciate the tools available until I was recalled for additional training and support, which helped put me back on track. I still have a lot to learn, but I now have a much stronger understanding of the trading environment and trade with far more confidence.

The Company provides the most explicit, effective and complete transparency of all their Education and Resources. This is made available to ensure our success as Traders. They've gone to extraordinary lengths to expertly educate us in their Strategies and systems. Structured, supportive learning with a genuinely helpful platform
I’ve been with Learn to Trade for almost a year and have genuinely enjoyed the experience. What makes it great for me is the combination of structured education, supportive mentors, and an integrated platform that makes trading feel really organised. The focus on discipline and risk management helps me develop confidence without feeling pressured to overtrade.
Learn to Trade does a strong job of bringing everything together through the SMARTCHARTS platform. Having education, charting, indicators, and trade planning in one place makes the process efficient and enjoyable. Added to that it’s a web-based platform that is available on many devices including computers, laptops iPads and phones. The AI tools add value by highlighting potential setups while still encouraging independent thinking.
The mentors are a real strength of the company. They come from genuine trading backgrounds and focus on principles, process, and good habits. I’ve found them approachable, practical, and encouraging throughout my learning.
Online support and the admin team are also doing a great job. They’ve been consistently responsive and helpful with technical queries, course bookings, mentoring sessions, and attending live trading days, which adds to a smooth and supportive overall experience.
Overall, Learn to Trade and SMARTCHARTS have provided a structured, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable way for me to learn and grow as a budding trader.
