20+ Day Delivery + Marketing Deception
Horrendously long delivery time for a company that markets itself as having a European headquarters. I waited for about 20 days. Other stores deliver in 24-48 hours. “shipped from Europe” Smartcover says on their website.
I ordered 15 euro earplugs that are marketed as “complete silence”.
They block no sound at all as far as i can tell.
Their client support told me this story:
“ Our earplugs do not block sound but functions to reduce side noises such as snoring. It promotes untroubled and calm sleep.”
Here’s a quote from their website: “Complete Silence
Experience true relaxation with a completely silent atmosphere.”
I think this is all you need to know about these charlatans. Stay away.

My smart covers.
I bought the mask for the first time, I was thinking it will be just like the other masks I have bought, how wrong was I. I received the masks tried it out no fogging at all, and I purchased the glass cleaner as well, and I use that when I use other masks as this prevents fogging. I now have about 8 smart covers now, and they are improving all the time. Would really recommend this product.

I got three face masks against my order with you, one bag containing one mask was open while other two bags were sealed. Protecting packing for mask antiviral spray is nice.

Brilliant face masks, superb customer service.
I first bought SmartCover face masks last year, and have since made further purchases for myself and my whole family. Having tried a range of masks, I feel these are the best. The facial coverage is good, and the layers, including a droplet-proof outer layer, are effective and reassuring. They are light and comfortable to wear, and wash really well (and dry pretty fast, too). Customer service is excellent; efficient and always very friendly. I thoroughly recommend!
