Delivery was very fast, this helps a few stars. The mask unfortunately is too loose above the nose, even with the metal inside to fold around the nose. It often slips below due to the tight fit under the chin. For me, this is not usable / unsafe.
EDIT 2022-01-07: Smart ober reached out to me to get more knowledge about the failure and also to refund part of my costs, which is very generous and really appreciated! This is customer service and leads to a very nice experience, thank you very much!

The shipment was delayed – took 3 weeks. That's the only downside. Once here, the feel of the masks are great, light, easy to adjust to fit perfectly, extremely breathable. Gives you a real sense of peace of mind (body & soul) in these times. And after a good wash & rinse, the same is still true. Recommend them highly.

We bought Smart Covers rated masks and two other water-resistant ones. They were lost in transit and when I contacted the Smart Cover company they were really helpful in sending out a new order. The staff were always pleasant and clearly communicative.
When the covers arrived we were so impressed with the quality and the fit to our faces. Both my partner and I are overweight and we found these still fit us without any gaps or moving from our nose or chin.

I love my masks and your customer services and delivery is always prompt. An issue is I’m a spectacle wearer but if I get the mask up high enough and close the metal bridge and then put the bridge of my spectacles in the right place below the mask I don’t get steam up. Just wiggle things around like I did and you’ll make it work or make it better. I’ve discovered that solves my issue of steaming up. Hope that helps your customers.

The masks are easily adjustable and comfortable to wear. They are lightweight and the material feels comfortable against the skin. There was some delay in delivery but I was very impressed by how the company handled my enquiry. Amber was extremely helpful and friendly.

I placed an order with SmartCover which was duly sent to me, however, Hermes lost my parcel with everything included in it. I contacted both Hermes and SmartCover and told them I had not received the parcel. Hermes took a week to get back to me to tell me that the parcel had not been delivered as they were unable to find it.
SmartCover then sent me a replacement but had run out of masks so I only received one. They advised me that I would be sent the remaining four as soon as they were back in stock and true to their word these were received last Thursday in time for Christmas.

I expect to be informed if the supply chain is not working properly and delays are expected. After my request email came the explanation. The Customer Service is very friendly but they should more act proactive :-).
Everybody can understand that within these days delivery problems can exist.

The ffp2 mask is comfortable and fits well offers better self protection as well as others. There was a short delay in receiving them but customer service was responsive
