Excellent entry level ease of operation and selection of property, hassle free payment adding mechanism.

Be aware that you will not be able to withdraw your rent (or reinvest it) unless it reaches AED 500 at least which doesn’t benefit any investor. They say you can withdraw any cash from your wallet by emailing them but I have been trying with them for weeks without any success.

The app is easy to use, actually quite amazing that you can invest safely in property this way. As a UK based investor it’s extremely useful to be able to have something like Smartcrowd to diversify and I don’t have the headache of having to manage them either. Have already recommended to a number of people! Get some more stuff on there :)
