I came across SC earlier this year while I was looking for a new and secure way to invest. The term "Passive Income" made sense when I started looking more into SC. My experience was really great since the beginning from registration process, selection, connecting to bank, transferring and even investing. I find the team behind SC really professional and trustworthy. They keep me informed with emails, notifications, even seminars. Adding to that they even returned me money when they were able to buy the property for less price.
I started getting my return on investment from the 2nd month and it didn't stop for a month till now. The app and website are easy to use and designed well, but there are some areas of improvements.
My only issue is when you make an investment it will take you time to recover the cost and then have ROI, but for those looking long term it's worth it. I actually don't recommend this for people looking into short term returns. Plan a 5-year financial future that will enable many years after that of passive income.

It's better to invest your money here than keeping it in a savings account since it can increase more. It is really the definition of passive money since you earn money without doing anything, even if the earnings aren't that high. The app is easy to use too.

Would love if a more active secondary market is created to buy and sell existing properties.
