Friendly and Professional Staff

My son who has just turned 12 and is…
My son who has just turned 12 and is autistic is very nervous of the dentist.. we see Leena, amazing dentist knows how to speak to him to make him calm and very understanding. Leena got x-rays and mini filling, and little clean.. which l thought he would object to due to the noise etc.. then found out she was leaving it was her last day!. Not good. We met Alex our new dentist lady who is really nice too. Good luck Leena for the future.

My appointment was an hour late!…
My appointment was at 2:00pm but I didn’t get seen until 2:55 with no explanation or apology until I enquired as to why I was waiting so long ( they were busy!). Perhaps a simple phone call to let me know they were running nearly an hour late would have helped.

Excellent experience
I struggled to find any NHS dentist in my locality. Booked online with Wilmslow Dental Centre. My whole experience was excellent from the communication and reception staff to the dentist who took care and also explained everything.
