Avoid - scam

They don't reply to phone or email. Chat bot doesn't work. Fortunately, it wouldn't let me pay for chairs as website basket kept going to zero.

give ZERO stars

give ZERO stars. Appears to be a scam aggregator site that picks up on peoples searches, presents the products back on their site and sells them to you. That is why people aren't getting what they order. The products do not exist. @TRADING STANDARDS PLEASE GET INVOLVED

Seems to be a scam

Order is still showing as "processing" two weeks after the order, no one is responding to emails or phone, and I couldn't get a response on the chat either. Unable to get a refund so far. And while I can't prove it's through them, two weeks later my bank called me to report numerous fraud attempts using my credit card details.

Ordered and Paid and goods did not arrive!

I ordered some light fittings, which I could not find anywhere else on 1st April, over 6 weeks ago! sent numerous emails chasing for a depatch date, no replies have been received and no one answers the phone. I am having to pursue a charge back through my credit card now. Such a waste of everyone's time!

Bad customer service

Seeing the mixed reviews I decided to take the gamble and placed an order for particular piece of furniture discontinued everywhere else. This was almost 5 weeks ago. 3 weeks ago I got an email saying the order has been shipped but nothing arrived yet. It’s very difficult to get hold of anyone - no answer to phone calls or emails, the chat is unanswered most of the time. The few times someone actually replied I was assured the order will arrive the same week, but that never happened. I still didn’t get any tracking information. Will give them a little more time before asking PayPal for a refund. I will update this review if the item ever arrives, but until then I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.

Update - email came in today advising the order has been cancelled, no money yet but that shouldn’t be an issue as I paid with PayPal. 5 weeks wasted waiting.

Another update: after requesting the refund the company reached out again to say the order will be sent to me next week. This time it actually happened, received tracking number on Monday and received the item on Thursday. Changing to 2 stars because I did eventually get the item but not willing to give more because of how misleading the delivery time is on their website and also how difficult it is to get order updates.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. The company do not answer e-mails and their phone number does not work… all it does it ring. The only way to communicate is through their useless online chat. The online chat person just lies. I was told I would be sent a returns ticket (Because they sent the wrong item) within an hour…. 2 days later and loads of e-mails... nothing!! So, I went back onto the online chat and was told it had been sent…. but then the person said they were just doing it!!
2 weeks later I was told the correct item had now been sent and it was on next day delivery….. 1 week later nothing!! I was sent a bogus tracking number that was also incorrect according to Evri website. I was then told there was a stocking issue? Which contradicted that it had been sent!!
I have been very patient but 6 weeks and NO item!! I have now asked for a refund!! AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Ordered and paid for a product

Ordered and paid for a product. Repeatedly tried to contact them about a delivery date. No response.
14 days after the order date I received a refund with no explanation or apology for the cancellation. Pathetic service!

Recommended and would use again.

Order #5167

I could not find the discontinued Keter rattan table items in stock in the U.K. and would have had to import them from the E.U. with extra handling & shipping, import costs and charges

Made stock quantity enquiries via social media on 17th May and same day was advised the that delivery could take place in 14 days as would need to be obtained from their E.U. warehouse for the website price with no further import duties and charges so registered on the website.

Placed order on the 19th May with protected PayPal payment and as well as an email order confirmation they confirmed receipt in the previous social media chat.

On 30th May (day 11 from order) made enquires about status and they replied the following day it should be with them on the 3rd June (day 15 from order) unless any delays.

Following the 4-day jubilee weekend between 2nd - 5th June had a phone call on 6th June enquiring about convenient delivery dates

Had a shipped email confirmation on 7th June witn a text the same day confirming delivery on or before the 9th June

Ordered delivered on 9th June about mid-day.

From ordering late on the 19th May to delivery mid-day on 9th June took 21 days in total however that included the 4-day Jubilee Bank Holiday, given that I could not find stock in the U.K. and them shipping the large items from their EU warehouse post-Brexit and post-covid.

A great friendly service and would use again.
