A very friendly experience
Your operative was very personable and helpful. He did 'go the extra mile', but it required two miles, as the smells came back. I have not yet tried to solve the problem myself - too cold! If I fail, I shall be in touch.

Blocked toilet downpipe
Ceiran and Matt arrived promptly. All work done speedily and efficiently. They let me know what was happening at every stage, showing me the CCTV photo to explain what had been done and what else needed to be done to complete the job. All left clean and tidy. Also very friendly and a pleasure to have them here! Many thanks. Would definitely ask again if I had any other drainage problems - but sincerely hope not!!

The engineer was polite and helpful
The engineer was polite and helpful. He did a fantastic neat repair job to the large joint FW pipe and left the area tidy, colour matching the black tarmac with black concrete -job done!

Highly Recommended with exceptional service.
The service has been exceptional. We had to contact so many of your competitors with response even trying "trusttrader' (I think that's how its spelt) and the response was abysmal. We found SmartDrainsUK on Google Search and the response from Mr. Beckwith was immediate and VERY positive. The survey was completed within seven days, on time and without fuss - truly remarkable in this day & age of 'dont care second grade service '- needless to say you come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
