Provided a great service and fast response.

Made a call just after 4pm, engineers were dispatched and at my property roughly 10 minutes later, the problem was all resolved before 5pm. Excellent service from the office and the two engineers. Thank you.

Put in an enquiry on the website and got a call back really quickly, I then booked a time in with the team to come when convenient. On the day they were on time, really quick and sorted the problem with minimal fuss. Will be recommending to people with similar issues!

Excellent customer service over the phone from Janet, who quickly organised a same day appointment and came back to me to arrange.

The gentleman that came out to the house, was helpful, polite, informative and charged for call out only as he was able to fix the problem during the investigation into the issue.

Highly recommend and will use if needed in the future.

Smartdrain employees turned up on time, explained exactly what they were going to do. Dugout the interceptor and replaced it with out fault even to show that we had issues further down the drain. On the second visit to repair the displaced joint spotted by their engineer I sat and viewd the camera for myself shooting the displaced joint and the products going out through the joint, after sealing/patching joint there is no more signs of leakage on the steps.
Excellent service by the whole team from management down to engineers 5 star service well recommended.

Cleared drain quickly and was very professional,

Jonny did an excellent job unblocking our seriously blocked drain. Company response time was also excellent.

Came out the same day to sort blocked drain, friendly guys and work done really quickly, highly recommend!

Suspect storm drain blockage, most was cleared but drain went under garage. Smartdrain used camera to look at all hidden areas and pronounced clear but as I replace the slot grid I still dug out 2 handfuls more rubble.
Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Phone answered promptly by a very polite and helpful young lady (Kirsty I believe). Engineer assigned and was with us within 20 mins. Again very polite young man (Nathan) who cleared the blockage and tidied up perfectly within about 45 mins. Service could not have been better. Could not recommend more highly and will definitely use again should it be needed.

Good fast service. Easy to contact and responsive. However I received no direct feedback over the outcome of the work. Instead the tenant was advised. The tenant isn't paying though.

Fair price and quick turnaround on the drains survey we needed done on a property we were planning to buy. Pictures and in-depth explanations were provided, along with the potential costings to fix the problems along the pipes. We will use again.

The chap who done the surveys was knowledgeable and helpful, and more importantly patient. Wasn’t in a hurry to leave until we were completely happy.
