Great service.
I’ve been using smarter inventories for a few years now and always found them to be very helpful and responsive. The app is easy to use and Roman is always on hand to help with any queries.

Very good value inventory tool.
Probably needs to be more smartphone-friendly (I had trouble making out the small text on the website for instance) but on a tablet it ought to be better. Recommended.

Excellent, easy to use inventory app & website. Perfect for our needs but I do have a couple of suggestions for future updates. It would be useful to have a Utilities section so gas, electric & water meter readings are in one section rather than in the rooms where each meter is located. Likewise, it might be an idea to include a Compliance section for smoke alarms & CO2 detectors rather than on the ceilings/walls in the rooms where they are located.

As advertised, really easy and streamlines the inventory process.

Quite complicated and tricky to use. And when you begin a new inspection based on an Old one it does not download the old pictures so you have to go and take them all anyway quite frustrating when using with Hmo as every new tenant you have to take photos of all of the communal areas again

A very user friendly app. Perfect for all report types. Can’t fault it.

Having used smarterinventories for 3 years now it hasn’t let me down once. It gets the job done. However I do wish a couple of things could be improved upon, the main being ways of improving the speed in which an inventory/checkout can be completed, 360 photo features or other features that might help speed up the inventory would be great

As an independent Inventory company, we have recently moved over to use Smarter Inventories software and have been really impressed with the reports, layout and also the outstanding back up we have had when there has been any questions or queries

I find smarter inventories really easy to use and it allows you better control as a landlord over which images you wish to include in checkin than passing it over to a 3rd party. No one has paid or asked me to review, I simply think it is good and easy.

It's actually a really good system, the UI looks a bit dated but the functionality is actually really good! You can do your own inventory and save hundreds of pounds each time (& do a better job yourself)!

We have used this app for 5 or 6 years now and the app is the best for what it does. I have scoured through every other type of app but nothing is as easy or accommodating as Smarter Inventories.

Every aspect is really well thought through and user friendly and simplistic. So once you have a routine of how you type up and note anything you can simply type one word and tap the words that appear below predictively.

I have worked in Lettings for over 10 years and would highly recommend this app. I usually take 250-500 photos and can do this and my write up in the space of an hour and create exceptionally detailed reports that make my life a lot easier for the checkout. As well as making any claims on deposits with a strong case backed up by the Inventory.

It is really easy to create a professional report with a smart phone and the Smarter Inventories app. Each report has a comprehensive list of categories to insure you don't miss anything out. Once the report is complete it is sent to the tenant(s) to view and sign electronically.

I have used this program on a few occassions and can say its a brilliant tool for recording inventories.

App was too slow and extracting the final report proved difficult. Not really fit for purpose.
