Avoid at all costs i purchased two cars from this company first car had a warranty issue they ignored my request to get it repaired after sending all the paperwork they requested against my wife’s better judgment i stupidly purchased another after being told to get a vat quote i forwarded it I was then told the person I was dealing with had left the company they would look into it after many calls with no answer i eventually got through on a different number when i explained who i was he hung up and now won’t answer i totally disgusting service

I do not recommend this company to anyone!
Purchased a car from them, in fact my dream car; a treat after chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant. Was hugged by the owner and told I would love the car and that it's a great car etc however shortly after several major problems occurred. I reported the problems and the car went back to the garage but the problems were not fixed. Again reported the problems and was given several reasons why they couldn't book it in for repairs one of which was the owners mother was very ill, which I respected and left them alone for a while.
I was told the engine light was on because of water in the diesel from supermarket garages, then told a multitude of other reasons why they couldn't fix it.
Finally, was offered £500 towards repairs which never materialised. Now left with a huge garage bill to pay and feeling very let down.
Shocking customer service!

great service and customer care at the beginning. However sadly my car broke down after two weeks and the communication afterwards isn’t great. Still haven’t managed to get anything sorted sadly (came with a 3 month warranty). Hoping someone gets in contact asap 🤞🏻

Thank you for going the extra mile, then collecting the car was so pleasant friendly and easy was the easiest a best explained thing we have ever bought. We were made welcome and so were the dogs you were all so considerate to all of us my mum included. I would recommend this firm and any of its staff to anyone looking for a vehicle call here first before going anywhere else and you will get the most amazing easy service you can find . Thank you again all of you enjoy your well earned bottle of wine and the car drove home beautifully a brilliant buy. We will be back.
