they took my deposit and did no work
I rung smart flow services up to cap my cooker to install an induction cooker (something they must get a lot of these days) and thought I would get my boiler serviced at the same time.
When their gas man arrived he said he had been booked in to service the boiler and "check" the cooker... I am not entirely sure what they wanted to check or why when I phoned up to book in the job, they weren't interested in what I exactly wanted 'checking' with my gas cooker.
They then said they wanted to double the price to do the work. I disagreed and cancelled the job requesting my deposit of £55 back. They refused and kept my money without doing anything in the house.
I said I would be happy to call it quits, take my deposit back and forget about it.
But since they had my money, the manager point blank refused and hung up on me!!
I would not recommend there services.
ps. I have requested the phone recording from the original phone call (which they tell me they have listened to). The female manager told me she would send this to me.
Of course they have not!!
