I recently booked a Galapagos trip through Juan Pablo. Overall, the experience was amazing and there is nothing better I could ask for. He messaged us everyday we were in Ecuador even after the trip and ensured everything worked out perfectly. In Galapagos, we told him exactly what kind of trip we would like and he helped us tailor the tours and locations towards our interest (I wanted to swim with the sharks). If you are in Galapagos and want a reasonable priced tour agent, Juan is your guy. I recommend him 100%.

I have just returned from a tour, to the Galápagos Islands , arranged by Juan from Smart Galapagos. Outstanding, is the first thing I can think. This trip was by far, the best I have ever been on! Juan went above and beyond to make this a once in a lifetime experience! He thought of things before we could. And he arranged things for us that we didn’t realized we needed. Snorkeling tours, tours of Santa Cruz, Isabela, North Seymour( oh my gosh!what a tour) and San Cristobal. We swam with sharks, sea lions , sea turtles, we saw so many fish, sea horses, penguins! The best experience I've ever had on tours. Everything went perfect, everything on time, delicious food, incredible hotels, but the most impressive thing was the correct organization and logistics of the tour. They were always looking out for you at all times. The best decision ever made

My mom and I had the best experience in the Galapagos. The five-day bout tour through Santa Cruz, Santiago, Floreana, Española, and San Cristobal was magnificent. Strongly recommend visiting the enchanted island!

Couldn't be happier with our experience with Smart Galapagos and the island tours they organized for us. The outstanding attention and help they offered us started from planning the trip and went all the way to after we had flown out. Juan checked in with us every day of the tour to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and to see if there was anything else that we needed help with. Not to mention that the tours themselves were fantastic, always with great guides and experiences.
All this, for a great value compared to other options. Really couldn't have asked for more.

My family loved the 360 tours with Smart Galapagos Europe! All the staff is so professional!

We spent 12 days in the Islands and visited such beautiful spots! We snorkeled with sharks, marine turtles, and sea lions! An amazing experience for us! The inter islands flight was a different experience and it saved us a lot of time. The courtesy dinner was super delicious! All the tour is worth every penny!

We felt so comfy and secure during our stay, and Juan Pablo was always helpful and attentive to us. We booked through smart Galapagos office in Europe and got all the help from Belen and JP from the office in Galapagos as well.

Exceeded our expectations!
Our trip to Galapagos was incredible! We did an 8 day tour to these amazing islands with Smart Galapagos and couldn't be happier with the itinerary and service. Juan Pablo helped us from the start answering all our questions and designing a taylor made itinerary for our family. We did snorkeling with sea lions, sharks, penguins and much more. It felt amazing knowing that someone from Smart Galapagos was always with us during our trip, and any question we had we just asked JP and got an immediate response. Awesome service, it really is superb.
