No support at all

I bought the product by supporting the kickstarter but after 2 years, they sent me the product that from day 1, the SmartHalo 2 does not work, the mounting is so cheap and it was broken when I tried to install it on my bike. I keep writing to the support team to exchange for something I bought for but it has been more than 6 months, I sent picture, email back and forth but nothing, no support at all. I do not know where else to turn. This is really bad. I do not recommand to buy this

Not a happy biker

Almost two years ago I purchased a SmartHalo2 bicycle device. I continually contacted the company to ask for an update on delivery of the product, but was always referred to a company blog (which was always a few months out of date). Now I can't even contact the company website, as it appears to be down (somewhat permanently). All I want is the product I ordered.

Smarthalo did a run with the money

They did a run with the money.
They finally shipped out the product after 2 years. But the product is faulty, not waterproof, GPS is not working and routing acts like you are driving a car.
They don't answer any emails. And now they have closed shop. Leaving numerous customers waiting for their paid device which they will never receive.
So they are just a bunch of ordinary thieves.
And Kickstarter which gave them their platform is not doing anything about crooks like Smarthalo.

So only when you are interested in faulty products or high risk of receiving nothing buy a smarthalo or any product on Kickstarter
