This was a modernisation of a domestic heating system involving the fitting of an electric boiler with associated plumbing and electrical infrastructure.
The EA team and their electrical subcontractor completed the work in a timely and competent manner with the system working ' out of the box'.
Politeness, communication and good humour further promoted a highly satisfactory experience. Recommended.

I have nothing but praise for Smart Heating, especially Louise who installed our new boiler. It was a replacement for a very old boiler. Louise made a sight visit and recommended a suitable boiler for the size our house. Could not fault the service, Anthony also came round at the end and serviced our unvented cylinder. Not overly expensive and a great team that have given us hot water and a nice warm house.

This is the second time I have had my boiler serviced by the Smart Heating team. As before, a great service: the engineer (Louise) called ahead to let me know when she'd be arriving and was friendly, efficient and super-tidy in carrying out the work :-) Thank you!

Really excellent experience - quick to arrange someone to come out to us, the man who came round to check what needed to be done was on time, very friendly, very knowledgeable and really helpful. Quote for the work was clear. Date for the work was easily arranged, carried out on time and with no problems. would recommend very highly.

Anthony and his team installed a new boiler and a radiator last year and made some adjustments to the heating system around the house. The system had worked inefficiently, especially in how it connected to the underfloor heating in our extension. He was thoughtful in advance offering a few solutions at different price points and was brilliant to deal with throughout. After the service a year later he also fixed an issue with the flow of the heating free of charge. Would absolutely recommend.

2nd time Smart Heating did our annual boiler service. Reliable, friendly and transparent about their pricing. Recommend.

Smart heating EA perform the annual gas boiler service, I like that they remind me it’s due, they turn up when they say and then do all the checks that should be carried out, loads more than others I have had, and when it’s done I get not just a bill but a full safety certificate like you have to have when you sell. They have done some plumbing work for me as well and that was the same, quick, efficient and no mess.

I like the fact smart heating contact me to arrange my annual boiler service.
Heating engineer also contacts us before he arrives.
A small issue was highlighted with our boiler so the smart heating engineer arranged for the boiler manufacturers
engineer to attend the next day to fix the issue.

I can't thank Smart Heating enough for the clean and efficient work they did in reviewing and replacing the regulator for my propane LPG gas. They explained the necessary regulations and when the hoses and regulator need to be changed.
Brilliant service, highly recommended and will be using them next time.
