Long Delay Receiving Order

Products ordered from website on 20Nov25. No despatch information received so email sent 25Nov. Reply stated waiting on stock yet website had not indicated no stock available. Further email sent 29Nov to ask if order had been despatched. No reply. Follow up email sent 03Dec. Reply on 04Dec with tracking and conformation of despatch on 02Dec. Problems with Royal Mail meant order not received until 09Dec. Poor communication and delays in responding. Overall a poor experience.
