Constant headaches, issues, support tickets. Inbox order took a month to fufill even after submitting support tickets weeks after purchase. Constant issues with the emails actually sending not deliverability.

They prevent you from unsubscribing by
- forcing you on a route to unsubscribe from add-on YOU DO NOT HAVE therefore actually blocking you from interrupting payments
- IF you have a chance to get a response in their chat they actually block you by not assisting you and instead asking you why you want to cancel... hello? I don't need to provide an answer. Cancel that damn subscription.
With all that being said it's completely useless to talk about the features.

I use Smartlead for our outbound campaigns and for managing our customers' campaigns. I appreciate the high deliverability and fast customer support, which resolves issues promptly. The great warm-up tool is also a significant plus for us. I find the pricing reasonable, and I like that I can easily scale our operations, sending millions of emails monthly. We've connected over 50K mailboxes, and it's been seamless. The initial setup was easy, which made getting started trouble-free.

Horrible company and their service, since last 3 hrs all I want to do is cancel the sub so I do not get charge again and they just do not care.

Not great. The customer service loves to give you the run around. I've had so many tickets after only using it for 2 months and i just stopped creating them for every error I see. They're everywhere. What annoys me the most is the warmup emails bouncing- Smartleads not reporting on that but me finding out from manually checking the invboxes- and then them trying to convince me this doesn't hurt my sender reputation. Whats the point of doing Warmup emails if the negative implications don't affect it then why would the positive ones affect my reputation?! They're a mess. My biggest issue right now is multiple iterations with support on why my campaigns just aren't sending emails. They had to intervene with dev twice after days of trying to get them to get dev involved at all.

This company is brutal! Hopefully after I push through this rough patch it's smooth sailing because I just simply need these campaigns to run after months of time invested into creating them.

one star for their cancellation flow. Second time I try to cancel but its just not working. They force a 30 sec. survey with an empty form. Last time page did not work. Feels like they don't want to you churn with many pop-ups and its just very bad business practice.

I got a bug when I was adding new lead to an active campaign that added the new leads without being tested, and I couldn't delete specifically these new leads not tested without deleting the active one. So I contacted the support for them to fix this, but they just deleted all my leads. When I told them that they deleted also the active leads, they answered like there were no problem and ended the chat. Really frustrating.

Real-time reply sync? No.
Basically, they fail in the simplest task they should've handled.

And support! Oh, support is just a dream. One reply per day on a paid plan, so if you have anything urgent, it will be resolved sometime next week, maybe. Or next month. Or not.

Total scam. I have requested account deletion several times and they just ignore and say they sent to customer service team. Their DNS destroyed my domains with blacklist. All the while, they report extremely high delivery rates which are just the pixels being viewed by email providers. I had to change my card to another that has no money on it to stop the billing. After weeks of request for closure the account remains open. This has been bad in every kind of way.

Smartlead is honestly one of the few outreach tools that actually holds up once you start scaling. The multi-inbox setup is solid, warmup works out of the box, and deliverability has been consistently better than most of the other tools we’ve tried.

What stands out is how easy it is to spin up and duplicate campaigns across multiple accounts without everything turning into a mess. It’s clearly built for people doing real outbound, not just testing.

It’s not perfect, the UI can feel a bit clunky at times, but in terms of reliability and performance, it does the job really well. For the price, it’s a pretty strong option if you’re serious about outbound.

Great cold email tool to not land in spam and book meetings!

Beware of shady billing practices, I was billed hundreds of dollars for a subscription that is impossible to cancel via the UI. Customer support is slow and after 6+ days the issue is still not resolved.

Worst support ever. First they lie to me and say i have to pay more for the monthly payment which ive already paid. Then they take forever to answer. Dont trust them.

SCAM—it's a scam. Customer support takes two days to reply, saying they have too many tickets to handle. I requested a refund for my subscription, but I haven't received anything, even after seven days.
If you're willing to risk losing your money, give it a try; otherwise, stay away.
And I couldn't even test the mailing feature because it's impossible to download your CSV prospect list.

BEST TOOL I'ved used for my email campaigns.

Smartlead is great for managing multiple inboxes for clients, we have multiple clients and being able to safely send email in bulk is a huge pro. The analytics for each campaign are very helpful as well. I like the integration with slack as we can always be notified when we get a reply and stay on top of the campaigns.

Good price. Does the job. I'd say this software is like a Mercades. It will get get you from A to B. But you'l likely break down and spend more time repairing the car then actually travelling to your destination. I'd just spend a few extra bucks and go LEMLIST to be frank
