I am on my third order with smartmarket.ma, products received on time each time and always perfectly packed. Very satisfied so far, I recommend it without hesitation, especially since it is a Moroccan store.
Scam, avoid. Filled in one of their surveys, supposedly won a Lancôme set, £3 delivery was requested…,fair enough; then it kept saying ‘error’ after I filled my details in twice. Waste of my time but they got what they wanted which was a free survey and I got nothing despite having ‘won’ something. Nasty marketing strategies, avoid.
Very good customer support and quick delivery. I would definitely buy from here again. Highly recommended :)
I loved the smartmarket's services especially the support was so friendly and helpful and suggested the best solutions for my needs, even though didn't find specific products but it's fine. I'm sure the store will upgrade it's services with time, the most important for me is the sincerity and commitment to the clients.
