The ease of use made me want to buy your subscription, unfortunately it was out of my budget so I had to skip the pro plan for now.
Suggestion: Please add clear case / glass case mock-up too for iphone if possible.

The search engine is useless - whatever the titles are on the images, they are not in the search field - It's really terrible -

That's true, we recently changed the functions of the search bar. We aimed to unify our search possibilities and that's why we chose to search based on our existing collections (we have about 150 of them). We also plan to improve the search in the future by adding more filters to make the search easier for our users.

I paid for the accountI don't recommend buying a subscription.
I paid for the account, after payment the site worked for 1 week, now it gives an error. And it doesn't work. And from other free accounts, the site works further. Scam project. I do not recommend buying a subscription to this resource. Do not cancel it, because there is no access to the account. It's good that I paid for it from a non-main card. 1 star.

The free trial has watermarks. How will I fully enjoy it with watermarks? I need to see all the functionality before subscribing to your plan but all are limited. So disappointed.

We made the trial version to give everyone the opportunity to check out all the available mockups, try the customization features, and see the quality of exported images - something that is usually not possible with a similar product.
We tried to remove the watermark before, but unfortunately some users were misusing the trial (like downloading all the available content, rotating slightly different emails every time the trial ended to get a new one, etc.). It got out of hand really fast.
Anyway, we would like to make things right if you give us another chance. Please, let us know at hello@smartmockups.com and we're happy to turn off the watermarks for you during the 7-day trial. We'll be looking forward to hearing from you! :)

Unable to use smartphone mockups, that I need most
Just got to use the smartphone mockups once, I´m doing my portfolio as UX designer, but the first time I wanted to use them was unable to, redirected me to a black screen that said: Application error: a client-side error has ocurred. Then days later got lucky and was able to access, thought that was fixed, and the next day, the same old crap... Not getting what I paid for... Reached out to get help, did everything they suggested me to do, with no positive outcome...
