Postage not paid!
Purchased masks from the company at a reasonable price. But since making my purchase I have recieved correspondence from the company. The postage hadn't been paid for so it cost me an extra £1.50.
No way of knowing that the letter was company correspondence requesting online reviews on social media before paying the postage. Will not use this company again for that reason.

Sarah has been helping me throughout the process of choosing my tiles. I am delighted with all her help to me and especially as I could not access my e mail at the time but she helped me using Watsapp. Sarah had endless patience with me. The tiles were delivered quickly in spite of Brexit, a great job and my tiler said they were really good quality. My neighbours have all been admiring them and at last I have real kerb appeal:D. I've decided now to do up my front garden with a little patio in the same tile. So big shout out to Sarah who is brilliant at her job and has since sourced some kitchen tiles for me to consider.
Thanks for smooth delivery, the delivery guy brought them in as I have a bad left arm. A great company that I am telling all my friends about :) Kind Regards Eilish Connolly.

Saved by locating original tiles through SmartPriceHunter
We contacted SmartPriceHunter after we had a water leak and needed to replace some tiles. Our original tiles were no longer being stocked by the retailer we had used previously used.We confirmed through the on-line chat facility that the tiles were made by the same Spanish tile manufacturer as our original tiles and placed a small order. We were kept informed of the delivery schedule via e-mail.The tiles arrived a day later than the e-mail specified and we were not at home. They were left on our doorstep securely wrapped and on a pallet. Altogether excellent service at an excellent price.

Found by accident - will use again!
I'd been looking to source some specific tiles that were only available through a few online retailers, most of which required a trade account. When I found the exact tiles cheaper on SmartPriceHunter, with delivery at 1/3rd the cost of everywhere else, I was sceptical but thought I'd take a risk. I'm glad I did - communication was clear and the tiles were safely delivered a few days later (they were sent directly from one of the online retailers I wasn't able to buy from without a trade account).
