They decline your withdrawal orders without specifying why. They hide their identity when calling you and they ignore mails regarding withdrawal and cancelation of their services and continuously harass you by calling you. All indicative of a shady and untransparent business.

They are clearly operating in a grey area of the law, exploiting those that are not careful.

This is the biggest and the most well-orchestrated scam I have encountered in my lifetime. I requested for withdrawal for months without reply. They promise you a hassle-free investment with high returns taking thousands from you but guess what? Several months back while still living overseas with my wife and i transferred over $350k in the span of months to this horrible firm. They ignore you or ask for more deposits when it's time to withdraw your money.
This review should serve as a warning to investors and potential investors, make sure to always conduct research when you are investing online; chasing a case through the firm 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 saved me from a major financial loss by forcefully recovering my full investments. The negative reviews all over this page speaks for itself, the positive ones are definitely in cohorts with smartstp. Take this as a warning and beware of this scam!

This company is a Scam attention if you are victims do not hesitate to contact the official organizations of your country for Cybercrime it must be announced we can not let this organizations act also denounce on your online payment platform together unite us!

Warning Scam, scam. They are thieves and liars. Do not believe them. Read the other comments because they explain how they operate. Not only do they scam you, they take your private data, but they also harass you and insult you in Arabic on the phones when they do not succeed in stealing more money from you. The universe will take care of making them understand what it is to steal from others... And it is fair to say... that it will hurt for them and for a very long time.

Scammers! They contacted me by phone I said it wasn't a convenient time as I was in the midst of moving & wanted more time to look into it. He kept pressuring for more & more details, said he wanted my bank details just for future payouts but NOTHING would be deducted - it was a lie they deducted 250CHF immediately. I emailed right away saying I wanted my money back & now they are playing phone tag.
Stay away from these sharks!

*EDIT: They have contacted me again to return my money. I added that if they are indeed above board then they need to improve their TRUST in online reviews, their website (which flags as low trust) & their pushy contact tactics. Let's see.

My experience with them was terrible; they assigned me an account manager who would call me every day to tell me exactly what to buy and when to sell shares, never letting me withdraw. I trusted them and nearly lost everything. They kept demanding money, ostensibly, to return my investment. I kept searching for solutions and was directed to 𝖮pteraSecurities, a legal recovery consultant expert. I immediately sent them an email and started an investigation, and with their assistance, I was able to get my money back in full. Never trust smartstp.

It was equiity platform, and after its banned in gulf area they moved to this, they put u on troyble and guide u incorrectly then telling u add more money ur account is at risk.
Completly not reccomended.I can say its scam, not reccomended at all.

Smartstp ask you for money to "protect" you investment, they sugest to operate to loose your money. SCAM!

I lnvested U$4.150 in less than a month.
Even though I had earned more than U$3,000, they sugest to invest wrong. They told me that in order to avoid to lose that money I must shield my account to protect my money, I trusted them but I lost everything. Now they are asking me for more money supposedly to return what I invested. I would never believe in them again until they give me back what they asked for to protect my account, at least. I have all the evidences.
