Do not use this company as I received what must be a fake strap for my Versa 2 watch, it did not have the notch for the pin.
The return button on the website does not work so no way to contact them.
Avoid them

No refunds or returns allowed as refund option does not work, no one answers the phone and no reply to emails. DO NOT BUY from this company unless you are sure on what you are ordering - cheap quality products.

Avoid at all costs! It is not made clear that these are NOT Garmin straps but are fake copies. The colour is different to the original, the design is different and it is nowhere near as subtle as the original! It is a cheap immitation, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!

On top of that they do not use tracked postage so you have no idea when to expect delivery. My fake strap arrived outside the promised delivery timeframe and when I complained they tried to make out it was due to Black Friday. That is absolutely pathetic and laughable as Black Friday was the week before I placed my order!!! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I bought 2 Milanese type straps in April, my wife's is ok but mine which has been very lightly used for only 4 months has worn badly with the coating coming off the magnetic clasp. I sent photos and asked for comment but received a polite but dismissive reply saying out of their warranty period of 6 months. I wouldn't have bought had I known the warranty was so short and having trawled through the website including terms and conditions can find no reference to guarantee or warranty whatsoever only their 100 day return policy. Needless to say I won't be buying from them in future as it looks as if their products are cheap Chiwanese rubbish marked up, I could buy 3 straps for the cost of one of theirs if I want junk and probably more sense as I'd get more life for my money.

Ordered watch 2 watch straps 1 was fine 2nd did not fit. trying to return it was a nightmare . Customer service f are very slow in replying. the company is based in holland not uk. sent back 28 days ago , messaged customer services twice . no response. AVOID!!!

I needed a larger strap for my Garmin watch and I emailed the company and asked specifically for the size of each strap of a specific item. They replied with some sizes and they were just what I needed so I ordered the strap only to find the sizes they quoted were no where near the actual size. I am trying to return the strap as I was given the wrong information however they want to charge for the return where as it was a mistake on their part for giving me the wrong dimensions. I have been emailing them for weeks now and still getting nowhere. The other issue, the ordering process is flawed. They claim to be a UK company and quote 3 to 4 day delivery, I waited over a week as it was being sent from Germany. Beware before you order

Ordered Iwatch straps for my wife still waiting delivery a month after ordering.eventually got a reply from customer service says a part of my address was missing this is total rubbish as i have had many deliveries over years with the address details they were given.please don’t buy from this company.

Avoid these scammers. Really poor customer service (finally got a reply after 3months of chasing, zero apology), told me their warranty only 3 months - which is poor given the watch strap fell apart.
