I just wanted to say thank you for this great product. Since I stay in hotels a lot, I have trouble going to the gym. I enjoy working out in the hotel with the Smartworkout Elite Kit 1. I can adjust the weights flexibly, I can do every important exercise from the gym comfortably without having to plan a commute to the gym and back. After 2 months of more intense training I lost weight and gained strength. If at some point I find myself in a situation where the weights are no longer sufficient, you will surely have a solution. I am very satisfied with my purchase! I have tried SmartWorkout for some days and I am glad that I decided to buy it. It is easy to use and the materials look good quality.
The only thing I think could be better is the website display to find the excercises. I think it would be great if there was an App where eveything was simpler. I find a bit annoying to scan the QR code and select language everytime I want to train. Otherwise, highly recommended! :)

I had high hopes for this product thinking I could start working out more at home instead of at the gym.
I thought it looked pretty convenient.

Working with this thing is awful.
Its extremely inconvenient.

if you try squatting with it, you either have to put on such low weight that it becomes more convenient to just do bodyweight squats or with dumbbells in your hand. if you try to put on any meaningful amount of weight it becomes so awfuly inconvenient to even get yourself under the bar that by the time you can do your first rep you are already exhausted from wiggling yourself underneath it.

I realized in the videos they are using to show off the equipment they are using such light weight that it will only help a complete beginner in lifting. and even then i would advise using other, more convenient equipment like dumbbells.

if your try to do a ''bench press'' or any chest press exercise with it for that matter, the bottom part,(WHICH IS THE IMPORTANT PART) of the press barely stimulates the muscle.
You can fix this by putting on more weight but, again, this makes the whole setup so tiring by the time you can start doing it your already fatigued.

its all around very fatiguing compared to the stimulus you are getting.

I dont really feel like my muscles got a workout but still feel really tired from all the frustration.

save your money, wouldnt recommend. frustrating equipment

Truly exceptional fitness machine! It is impossible to list here all the exercises that it allows to perform for all the muscular areas of our body. I am really glad I bought it.

Material is great. Very good quality. Was shipped very quick. I love to train with it. One point for improvement, option to make the tubes shorter. I am not that tall and when I squat, I need to adjust the tubes myself. So if there will be an option to shorten the tubes, 5 stars.

Got it quickly with DHL (5 days approx). The material is fine and is way different than previous bands I got from Ali or Amazon, bands are much thicker and also the fact that it's in KG only and not in LBS/KG show that they don't have the same supplier than everyone else. The program seems complete and the exercices in video are pretty clear to me. Would be great to have an app on top of that but it's still a decent product for this price. Would recommend

I live in Frankfurt and I got it in 4 days. The material is perfectly fine and as per picture, I've been training with Amazon bands before and have to admit that those bands are way above in terms of quality and resistance. The bar is great as you can make proper force movements like squat and deadlift. Not to mention the digital guide which is very complete, I've been following Smartgains program for a week now and so far so good. Thanks SmartWorkout !

I've checked and analyzed different options before buying this sport equipment, and after couple of weeks of training I'm super satisfied of it! Material is great, training programs are various and very detailed. If you are already a bit trained, maybe it would be worth to buy the 45kg extension since the beginning
