Most smart home advice comes from someone with a product to sell or a day's fitting to book. We have neither, so the advice you get is about your home and your budget, not a brand's sales target. If a £30 plug timer fixes the problem, that is what you will hear. It starts with a free 25-minute call. If it makes sense to go further, you open a project in your own portal and add what we need to see: your requirements, photographs and videos of the property, and what you already own. We go through it together on a second call, and you get a written plan that follows my six-stage SMART method: Survey, Map, Architect, Rollout, Tune and Complete. You keep something useful at the end of every stage. We work with three kinds of clients. Families who want a home that simply works. People who want to stay in their own home and keep running it themselves, where the right automation makes the difference. And landlords, developers and small businesses who want fewer callouts, lower bills and a system the next tenant can run. Fitting is done by you or an installer you trust. Configuration can be done with you over a screen-share session you watch and can end at any time.
