Excellent product. Bought a different brand by accident which was useless but this product and hints and tips absolutely phenomenal.

After initially ordering a pack of free sensors, I was very excited to get this product, particularly after the Dragon's Den programme on BBC One. I have since spent the entire day trying to get the sensors to pair with the Bluetooth on my phone and only one out of three sensors has been able to pair despite following exactly the precise instructions and timing.

I am very frustrated and feel very cheated by the whole experience, plus the wasted time. There is no support on the app and it's impossible to speak to a human. I would avoid it like the plague and feel that this product has been rushed to the market prematurely. Very disappointing

Really impressed! Easy to set up and will make it much easier to keep plants from getting too wet or dry. Also monitors other things like light and temperature. Very useful!

Honestly as a serial plant killer who spent £100’s on expensive established plants to get the ‘look’ straight away, then trying the cheap baby pots as I killed everything except for Money Plants, and still killed them just at a younger age, these little gadgets have given me the oasis of green I’ve always longed for. Our living room has a huge variety of leafy, spiked, smooth and fluffy leaves in every corner and I’ve even brought 4 or 5 plants back from pretty much death with the help of your sensors and App. The technology is so easy to use and the app is too so really ideal for idiots like me!

But it’s not just the app and sensors doing the work now, it’s me as I look at the plant, look at its vitals on its daily chart and investigate if something isn’t matching up and I have stopped plants from potentially rotting in soaked soil, or drying out to a crisp as I’m learning from the app that if it’s reading the opposite of what it should be then the plants not happy so I can check it, ask advice on the app if needed and make sure that it survives, so I’m not wasting money on plants, I’m investing money in the air quality of the house - my son is asthmatic and we have a pug who is always moulting - and you can even feel the difference in the rooms too, they are more alive and nicer to be in.

The cost of the sensors did put me off a little as I was buying £1 plants so adding a sensor to it would be mad by most people’s standards but they can be moved from plant to plant so not every plant needs one and the fact I’ve lost 2 plants since using these and they were propagated and are happily thriving on my hospital ward kitchen window!

I have about 40 plants now instead of just a few limp things in pots and I’m about to order another set of monitors as I am planning my sons clean air bedroom jungle with added cactus and succulent plants that he loves!

Got my first set via Kickstarter. Plant monitoring really works well. Overall better experience with the new app. Purchased more plant monitors to monitor my other plants. Recommended.

New to Smarty Plant, after meeting Ben at Gardeners World demonstrating the concept of indoor plant monitoring.
Made the purchase of my first monitor. Initial set up was easy & choosing a difficult indoor plant (bird of Paradise) to start with.
Theres since been a software update to the app. My plant issue is poor light & watering, hoping to purchase a grow light soon. Will be purchasing another monitor soon

For the first time ever, I’ve got a plant that had new bright green leaves growing on it instead of them turning brown and dying! It’s such a brilliant invention for helping me keep my plants alive! Brilliant!

Great product which really helps to look after your plants

Great product and plants all doing very well since buying! I also raised an issue where I couldn’t tell which monitor was for which plant and they fixed this with a flashing tool, which was very helpful app update. Thanks and love the monitors.

Excellent product for someone who struggles to keep plants alive they inform you if more light, watering etc is needed so you can adjust positioning or feed accordingly which I did and now get told what I’m doing is right might seem pricey but considering the money I’ve spent to replace plants over the years it’s worth it
Customer service is excellent too as I was having issues with one of the sensors setting it up but they guided me through it

I was initially hesitant to support a Kickstarter project, but the SmartyPlants team has knocked it out of the park. Not only have they delivered exactly what they promised, they are continuously upgrading and improving the product. This is exactly what I was looking for in a smart plant sensor, I can't recommend it enough.

The Smartyplants products are really working great! I now operate 10 sensors on my plants and I am really happy how good these work. The app is also great. I really recommend Smartyplants if you are looking for a very helpful product to improve plant care.

Awesome product which has helped me to not kill all of my plants

Lily and the team were very quick with a resolution to my connection issue. They provided immediate troubleshooting and we were able to resolve the issue quickly. She was also so friendly, congratulating me on our new move! Looking forward to continuing the relationship with Smartyplants!

Have to admit I was a little dubious at first but I’ve had three monitors for six weeks and am blown away by the data they provide.
It becomes a bit of an obsession ( in a nice way ) though as you’re always in touch with what your plants need.

I have struggled to keep indoor plants alive. I was about to give up on another when I came across Smarty Plants. I was initially sceptical as I was monitoring moisture levels and feeding regularly. It transpired that my plant was not getting enough light. Since it is large and can only occupy one position in the room, we bought a grow light. The plant is now recovering beautifully and producing a lot of new shoots. I am delighted as the plant was expensive and the combined cost of sensor and glow light was significantly less than replacing the plant. The sensor is easy to set up, and the app is very easy to use. The sliding scale summary is a good visual overview of the health of the plant, and the notifications serve as useful reminders to take action.

Fantastic product! It was so easy to set up, my plants are thriving as I have moved them around, changed the light and adjusted watering. It has taken a lot of the guess work out of growing my indoor plants and they look so happy!
I did have a blip with one of the sensors losing connection following the battery going flat, but the team responded in less than 24hrs and everything is now back working.

I had several questions that needed answering before I placed my order. This entailed emailing back & forth with the company. The person I emailed was so nice and so very helpful! I was able to place my order with full confidence that everything was taken care of. This was especially important since my plant sensors were being shipped to the U.S. and I wanted to verify what the tarrifs would be. I highly recommend this company. They have great customer service. I first ordered from them on kickstarter. This was my second order. I would definitely order from them again. I love their plant sensors and app.
