I placed an order on Smashinn.com on July 10th, with an estimated delivery date between July 21–28. According to the tracking status, the package arrived in Israel on July 22, but there have been no updates since. I contacted customer service and requested to cancel the order due to the delay, but they refused to cancel it without addressing the significant delay. As of August 5th, the package has still not been delivered, and there is no updated delivery date or useful response from the company. Very disappointing experience. I expect an immediate solution, professional handling, or a refund.
Ongoing Failure and Complete Lack of Accountability – Beware of Smashinn
I placed an order on July 10th from Smashinn, with an estimated delivery between July 21–28. Since July 25th, absolutely nothing has changed. According to tracking, the package arrived in Israel – and that’s where it stopped. No updates, no progress, and no helpful response from customer service.
I contacted their support to cancel the order due to the delay – they refused, avoiding responsibility entirely. Instead of offering a real solution or compensation, they blamed the shipping company. But let’s be clear: Smashinn is the one who selects the shipping provider by default. I had no say in this.
Their reply to my review? A generic, copy-paste message with no personal handling, no accountability, and no resolution.
And it’s not just me – I have two friends who faced the same issue:
One ordered two and a half months ago – the package was lost. Until now, he has received no support, no refund, and no solution.
The other placed an order just last week – and like me, the last tracking update was July 25th, with nothing since.
This isn’t just a delay – it’s a pattern. This isn’t customer service – it’s negligence.
I strongly advise staying away. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind – do not order from Smashinn.

I placed an order for a racket two months ago, and to this day I haven’t received it. The company claims the shipment was “lost,” yet they have offered no solution. Every attempt to get a proper response was met with silence & excuses and no one is willing to take responsibility.

I ordered a T-shirt, a padel bag, and 24 tubes of balls. I was charged €25 for shipping. However, the padel balls never arrived—only the T-shirt and the padel bag were delivered. At first, they refused to refund the missing balls. It took at least ten attempts to contact them before I finally got my money back.
Now they are saying I still have to pay the full €25 shipping fee, even though the actual shipping cost for the items they sent was only €9.90.

Wrong item sent, no refund / exchange
Page for ordering all in UK sizing, ordered UK size 9, order confirmation and dispatched item was described as euro 45 which is actually a UK size 10. Company saying the right product was dispatched so won't refund or exchange without me paying expensive international postage to return. No ability to speak to a human and customer service chat just defending the fact they sent the right item. Will not use again.
Update, after paying £11.99 return postage the company failed to provide me a full refund, only issuing a partial refund. I remain satisfied that my 1-star review is valid.
