Extremely Disappointed - Beware of Smell Good

I have had a highly unfortunate experience with the company 'Smell Good'. Regrettably, I cannot recommend their services to anyone due to my experiences and interactions with the company.

When I initially placed my order, I was excited and looking forward to receiving my products. But that quickly turned into disappointment as days turned into weeks without any sign of delivery. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with their customer service regarding the status of my order, I received no substantial response or assurance.

It's not easy to label a company as dishonest, but my experience with Smell Good has left me with no other choice. I paid for the products, expecting them to uphold their end of the transaction, but have received nothing in return.

This failure in delivery and lack of customer service support has left me feeling deceived. I would advise anyone considering buying from this company to exercise caution. Your money would be better spent elsewhere, where customer satisfaction and trust are valued.

Ordered a few items nearly 3 weeks ago no updates were given. Sent multiple emails and had no reply finally got in contact by phone number then was told they are out of stock. This would have been missed if I had not tried to get in contact. very unhappy with the customer service.

I had ordered Versace pour Homme from their website , and i was very very doubtful about the product because it was a really good deal for the 200 ml which was 4000 so i decided to the order , the shipping was from bluedart and it was really quick got my to Chennai in 2 days and i was actually amazed by product it is a really genuine product and I'm really happy , yes they don't reply to soon for your messages but the product which got delivered was a aunthetic tester and i loved it

Very pleased with the item, but was told it was going to arrive on the 3rd December, but arrived 2 days later and wasn't in to collect, it was left next door but was unable to pick it up because they were away for 2 days. I will still use you in the future, but please let me know the day it is going to arrive. thank you.

This is my favourite perfume but I had been struggling to get it as it is a Limited Edition. I found this site on the internet ordered it and received in a couple of days. Excellent service and would use again.

Prior to my purchase I messaged the company for further information on a couple of perfumes I was interested in. They took the time to explain the difference and the various notes within each perfume. Extremely helpful. In addition, the product arrived really quickly and in good condition. Faultless!
