Service from SM sheds was ok except…
Service from SM sheds was ok except that I did not receive the promised call back regarding shelving for the shed. It was delivered directly from the supplier but did not have an adequate number of certain fixings.

Water leaking Garden shade Sapphire…
I purchased Garden shade Sapphire Olympian 12'x 20' recently and not used it yet. The screw on roof are leaking even with small amount of rain water. The plastic washers for screw are useless. The side door of the shade is designed in such a way that rain water falling on it gets collected at the bottom and enters in the shade. I had sent Email to the company and also sent reminder but still waiting for the response.

Okay...reasonable people but only an average product
Okay, 3 stars is the balance of the experience...The website is easy to use but delivery on the site is quoted as 15-20 days I think, we had to wait 24 days which was a little disappointing. Generally the shed was good but there was a part which had clearly been taken out of our kit and given to someone else...I guess that customer was pleased but we got their part with a screw stuck in it that I had to drill out. Some parts were badly drilled, blunt drilling and punched dimples in the parts rather than clean holes...I had to drill these out. The skylight is awful, doesn't fit well at all and added an hour plus to assembly..I would recommend NOT buying the skylight!
I'd buy the shed again but be prepared for a few build problems.
