Very pleased we chose SM Home Improvements to carry out our Shower Room Refurbishment. Despite a few unexpected issues Stuart stayed patient and committed to the job and is a pleasure to have around. Delighted with the final outcome.

Stuart and his team are incredible! At short notice, Stuart was able to replace a previous kitchen installer and have our kitchen installed before Christmas! He was prompt, polite, and friendly. Always kept us up to date, and was full of great ideas to make our new kitchen even better. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

The service was really personal and friendly from the start. Stuart visited to do a comprehensive quote for a new boiler installation and explain how the process would work. As well as being the most thorough quote I had, it was also the lowest in price… so win win!
The installation was carried out in 1 day despite complications and it taking longer than expected.

We recently had a complete bathroom renovation with SM Home Improvements & Maintenance. I can honestly say from the first interaction to the last they have been great. Competitive quoting, easy to communicate with and all of the team have been very friendly. From initial discussions with Stuart, to Charlene in the office helping me decide on designs and materials, to Tyler and Jase who did the removal and installation work. All of them were happy to answer my questions and work with us when we had queries. They did a lovely job and we are very happy with our new bathroom. I would definitely recommend them, and happily use them again.

I don't know about "great experience " after all it's only having central heating replaced ! not like buying a new car! However your team DID a great job & even with a slight blip , a small stain on the carpet upstairs, Matt with the aid of a"Vax" sorted the problem with humour.

From the start SM gave great service, starting with the quote guarantee " the price quoted is the price paid" they were not the cheapest, or the dearest ( that went to B.G), date and time agreed, 1hrs notice that Jason our fitter was on the way. Jason arrived on time, very professional, and gaining information off us where we wanted the boiler, how high, etc, Jason worked tirelessly until the job was finished, all rubbish removed, and a complete run through of the controls etc, at the end Jason was like one of the family, with Maddy the dog also giving him the privilege of allowing him to fuss her, and my wife wanted to adopt him lol, well done all

Good job! Boiler fitted in a day and works well. Fitter left the area clean and tidy and took all the rubbish away. Took time to explain technical details in layman’s terms.

Having had a couple of 'smaller' jobs (bathroom radiator rehanging & relocation of a washing machine) completed by Stuart & his team I can wholeheartedly recommend them. From initial site visit to the finish they were honest, gave sensible advice, turned up on time as agreed, dealt with unexpected issues during he work very professionally & efficiently. All that were involved in the jobs were friendly & they tidied up afterwards! Communication throughout was excellent - thank you Charlene. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stuart & his team to anyone & will certainly be looking to use them for my upcoming kitchen re-fit.

I had 2 worktops and a new sink fitted. They turned up on time. Were really friendly. Did an excellent job, then cleaned and tidied up. Would highly recommend them

We cannot fault the service we received from Stuart and his team. The work we wanted doing was awkward and didn’t always go to plan, however we were kept updated and reassured at every step. Stuart’s team did an amazing job of refitting my shower room. The whole team was polite, they showed up when promised. A special shout-out to Jason whose attention to detail ensured that the finished results are of an exceptionally high standard.

Amazing!! Stuart, Tyler and the rest of the team have just finished freshening up the bathroom in our 16th Century timber framed cottage. Tyler was exceptionally polite, friendly and courteous throughout the whole process and worked tirelessly into the night on occasions to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. The team were tidy and quiet and I can’t recommend their services enough! Well done guys, we will see you again VERY soon for more home improvements!
