I purchased 1 new machine which worked perfectly and 2 refurbished. Neither refurbished functioned correctly. They replaced the FB one immediately and offered great customer support. 5 stars so far.
Unfortunately, the customer service broke down at this point and the instagram ticker still doesn't work and we haven't been able to get ahold of anyone to get that fixed.
On top of all of this, nowhere was I made aware that this was a French based company while I purchased these so I was more than marginally upset to receive a $1600 tariff charge from UPS because there are new tariffs. My only issue was that I was not made aware of this cost before I purchased and had no way to know. I would not have purchased these had I known.

Love the concept, Disconnects easy quickest reload is 20 seconds on high speed internet.

You can only use laptop to set it up, wont work via android phone tried several phones.

I saw this counter at a café and thought it was a really cool idea. When we opened our storefront, we promptly got the counter; it was really easy to set up and connect to our account. Unfortunately, what they don’t tell you is how often your number goes down. It is really discouraging to watch that number fluctuate up and down everyday. As of now we haven’t seen our number go beyond a certain point; in fact it’s actually lower than when we started a month ago and it’s not good for morale. Hopefully we figure it out and we start seeing that counter number go up, but us up right now really fun idea but not certain it was worth the money.

Such a cool addition to our brunch cafe in Lisbon. Many guests are asking about it, we added a QR code next to it and many just want to see it flip :) It also has a clean design that fits well next to our coffee machine. Can't recommend it enough

I bought 2 items from them and I have always been happy with them. Even out of warranty they helped me when needed. Top!

I ordered the Instagram counter for my small business, Puerto Rico Scooter & Can Am Rentals. It arrived quickly to Puerto Rico (which is rare!) and the shipping was free (also rare!). It was easy to set up and my following has already increased by almost 10% in the first month: @puertoricoscooterrentals

I wish that Google Reviews was an available counter as those are more important to my small business. I also wish it had lights attached (we installed lights) and an optional sound. Would still very much recommend this product to drum up extra likes and followers.

Love both of my Smiirl counters. It's an easy way to measure my goals for subscriber counts and show them off to the rest of the world. Having an API is great as well, so I can automate my counter based on whatever metric I want. Loved my first one so much I bought a second :)

It’s brilliant to see Formula Art’s social media followers grow. The counter has strengthened my awareness and prompts me to keep posting content. As a result my work has a greater audience and reflects in website hits.

Well the hype our IG counter brings with it is just amazing. People are eager to follow us just to see the counter spinning.

Absolutely a great product

Bought a custom counter. Documentation seems a little weak for how to set up.
Also, when incrementing a number, it changes the number starting from left to right. The number change should be right-to-left, or give me the option to choose how I want to change it. Also, for custom, I would like the option to use a blank space, but don't see how this is possible.

We ordered an Instagram and Facebook counter. They are very aesthetically appealing, great quality, and came quickly (we are in Canada and they were shipped from France). The set up instructions were easy to follow and we were up and running without any issues.

I could not get it to work spent many hours,
Trying yo connect I do not like the idea of having to use Facebook to conect to Instagram. I could not recover my FB password after following instructions was very dissaointed!

Customer service was great, had an issue with the recycled counter and they sorted it out. So far they are working well!

The unit is awesome at getting engagement. Very intuitive, people love to see it flip!

We love our Smiirl counter. We get so excited when we hear the counter clicking over. We can’t wait from our customers to interact with it soon.
