We were refused to board an aeroplane because we did not have a UK Visa (BTW: I am a British citizen).
All I know is that if you are transitting a flight at any airport, and not crossing the borders. You DO NOT need a visa inside the airport.
Lack of knowledge by the airport officer costs us £600+
We were refused entry into the Easyjet.
No refund was received from the Easyjet. Many people lacking knowledge and Empathy now a days, for their lack of knowledge and self greediness, we lost £600+.

I'm sorry but, guys or HURGHADA customs airport. Could you please tell me how many time we need to to remove ours belts, watches, shoes and etc? And how check points we need to remove al' that ? I my knowledge in UK, we doing that only once not at any checkpoints we need to remove ours clothes!!! Even i travel to Ivory Coast, this was not like that. Could you please asked your customs to don't please disturb all customer on they way back to home after finish they holiday??? Thank.

Three main highlights: 1. Our guide Ahmed was the best, very knowledgeable, kind and funny! 2. It will be very hot so go prepared (hat, do not expose a lot of skin, even a scarf to cover your head, shoulders and arms. I bet saved us from a heat stroke. Despite the extreme heat it is so so worth it. 3. The trip there was long but we knew what we sign for so it was as expected, long but comfy. Luxor and it's wonders it's stunning to see. Karnak temple it's simply breathtaking, the valley of the kings was unreal. The temple of Hatshepsut it's shocking and knowing about the queen only makes it more special to stand there. The drive on the bus was pleasant, we all could rest on our way there, the drivers were kind and gently when driving and avoided to put music which I think was very respectful. However for me the most important and the best was our guide Ahmed. He made this experience go smoothly with professionalism and care. From the moment we stepped out of the bus he took care of us really well, he was amazingly organised, the way he explained everything was interesting, clear and to the point. He knew how to avoid the crowds and you could tell he was very aware of what he was doing. He was very caring, making sure we would all be on the shade when giving long explanations. He bought water for us and snacks. I instantly felt safe with him and I enjoyed every bit of the day because I knew I was in good hands. Me and my partner had the best experience and we think Ahmed played the key role to make it so special. If you read this Ahmed, you're the best and we wish you all the luck and good things for you and your loved ones! Erola&Victor
