You seem too angry and defensive seeing you were a mere customer, your condescending tone is totally unnecessary. Aykot and Yonus wanted to place an implant and get it finished within a few days, A procedure that needs to heal and takes at least a month to be finished, They showed no care when i was in severe pain and got irritated when i could not open my mouth. Also making it out you know so much or are you just assuming about my situation.

I would say you work there.

Regarding the webcam it would be one more thing backing up what i wrote and in case you don't know "Miss Elena" defamation is also a crime.

Funny you mention they keep accurate records so how does it justify being charged for teeth cleaning that didn't happen and for 28 teeth when i only have 26.

Its a question i ask myself until this day, how a person can be so confident and produce a fake document with a fake signature and present it to the police.

Regarding going back the second time besides the tooth chipping- staff at the hotel started warning me about Smile Antalya and the fact they want huge amount in cash without invoice or any paperwork which was not given when i paid £2700 cash the first time.

Also the dentist knew where i was, he picked me from my hotel so how did i disappear.
I also don’t have any problem with money - I always stay in 5 star hotels and I look for the best in any service not caring about the price but that does mean I allow people to rip me off.

I can also add that after 2 weeks of the implant been put in, one fell out. It seems to be poor workmanship all around.

I think the things was different and you know! This people honesty is beyond amazing! Them professionalism and explanations given are beyond the perfection! Don’t forget they have a webcam where is everything registered and they can prove in court and dismantle all you fake information. I had 5 implants and no consequences whatsoever ! They work with proves so X-ray was done as for everyone than IS YOUR ONLY CHOICE AND DECISION TO CARRY ON OR NOT WITH THE TREATMENT! NOBODY WILL FORCE YOU TO DO ANYTHING YOU DONT WANTED! You claim an nerve injury? YOU NEVER MENTION A PAIN WHICH AS A NURSE I AM YOU WILL FEEL IT SO THAT WILL BE EXCRUCIATED PAIN! I really don't know where to start but can say this place is probably the best dentist I have ever visited.
I was planning on having my teeth laser whitened so shopped around before getting to Turkey. I contacted 3 dentists all based in or around Antalya prior to travelling.
During my stay I visited 2 and got a rough idea of what I was expecting i.e costs wise and what was involved. 1 of the dentists recommend I should get crowns but thats as far as it went.
A local recommend Smile Antalya to me at first I was reluctant as I had not spoken to anyone from the company. The local assured me if I was not comfortable with the price or procedure then I could walk away and not go ahead with the treatment.
As I had an appointment booked at another dentist, I thought to give Smile Antalya a chance prior to my other appointment.
This was by far the best decision I could have made.
Younus the main person in the company first asked what treatment I required. I told him I wanted laser and possibly some crowns. He recommend a x-ray and a general check up. Once this was done he gave me a non obligation quote. I decided to go ahead as this was exactly what I was looking for. Sometimes a decision is not just made on price, other factors have to be taken into account such as: how one makes you feel when going for treatment, the personalised treatment whist at the premises, how the staff treat you.
Younas moved heaven and earth to get my treatment done and accommodated me till late in order to get everything done prior to me flying back to the UK.

Booked this last day of our holiday in Antalya, they picked me and my partner up from our hotel, and took us to there clinic, it was very modern, sleek, and extremely clean. We had a deep clean and teeth whitening, it took under 2 hours and the results were amazing, can’t recommend them enough, great service!

Smile Antalya destist. Amazing experience always been worried about going to the dentist but they was so friendly and fantastic at what they do!. They pick you up and drop you off from your hotel it was clean and very professional. I had a filling, clean, bleach and a front tooth crown I’m soo happy with the results the front crown looks exactly like my natural tooth can’t even notice and that’s been said by lots of people already. They won’t let you leave until it’s absolutely perfect absolute professionals would recommend to anyone need work doing. And it’s soo cheap. so so happy!! I can finally start smiling again 😁🙏🏻

In 48 years my best dental experience ever! While on holiday I broke a tooth and chipped my veneer. They picked me up from my hotel, did a scan and gave their recommendation. I received 1 implant, 1 crown, 2 fillings and a polish for a third of the UK price.
The dentists are absolutely brilliant and true experts in their field. They take pride in their work and won't let you leave until your teeth are perfect. 5 days later and I have still not experienced any pain. I was so impressed I passed on their details to all my family and friends. If you are planning a visit to Antalya and thinking of getting some work done then make sure you contact them before you leave to discuss your requirements.

Words can’t explain how amazing of a treatment was done. All my teeth feel amazing and brand new. Would definitely advise anybody who is looking for their teeth cleaned and whitened to definitely visit this dentist. Also came with my 1 year old child and the staff were amazing enough to look after her and make sure she was smiling while they were fixing our smile. Best service ever and very professional.

Well what can I say, this was a spare of the moment thing. When I saw my friends results I just had to have a consultation, they were fantastic made me very welcome and and answered all my questions and made the whole experience very reassuring. The staff at this place treated me with the up most professionalism and aways with a smile, l was picked up from my hotel and returned on every visit which was a nice touch. I had 16 crowns done and they look amazing it has gave me so much confidence I just can not stop smiling, one last point I would like to thank the owner of smile for his kindness and help getting back to the airport on time for our flight home, he went out of his way to personly drive us there. I visited Smile Antalya Dental in September 2020 whilst on holiday. I had not made any prior contact with the clinic before arriving in Antalya. When I arrived contact was very easy via WhatsApp where I was given multiple treatment options and prices. I arranged a consultation for the following day where I was picked up at the hotel. The clinic is beautiful. Very stylish and so clean! I had an X-ray and as I hated my front teeth die to them being crooked I made the decision to get 6 Zirconia Crowns, teeth whitening and also a filling repaired. Each time I visited the clinic I was picked up at the hotel and also dropped back after treatment. All the staff were amazing and such perfectionists. I am beyond happy with my new smile and would recommend Smile Antalya Dental to anyone. Thank you again.
