Excellent customer service!
The customer service I have received from Smilie, specifically Brett Arndt, has been exceptional. He always responds to my inquiries immediately and has been helpful when I have experienced difficulties uploading pictures.
Most recently my son had trouble with his bottom retainer and Brett informed me he would get a new one sent out immediately.
There are several companies providing aligner services but I highly recommend Smilie.

This company is a total scam, they never said that the aligners weren’t gonna straighten my teeth, it wasn’t until after I received them that I noticed there was only a slight difference from aligner 1 to 9 and when I spoke to them about a refund they stated they don’t give refunds after the aligners have been made.
Your response is pretty much the same to all your negative feedback, the only solution your company came up with to solve my problem was to give you more money for more aligners that wouldn’t work anyway,I talked to a real Dentist and I was told this would have never worked,I guess you live and learn,I would never recommend these scam artists.

My experience was awful until Dr Jawad Eawhi did my zoom to give me detailed instructions on how to make the approved molds. He walked me through the top and bottom molds and then inspected and approved them as acceptable to mail in for liners.
I tried using the booklet instructions and could not make acceptable molds. His zoom instructions made all the difference!
Your booklet is not detailed enough for good molds. Dr Jawad is the best!!
