Unwearable
The product did not match the photo on your website and was made from inferior materials.
Worst than that - one of the sleeves was sewn on back to front so it isn't even wearable...I won't be wasting my money on anything from this business again.

Item received was not what was shown in ads. Fabric was different and made very inexpensively. No way to return the top for a refund without paying postage to ship to China. Promised a refund which never materialized. I finally had to resort to a credit card dispute with my bank.

Accommodating but you wont get a refund easily.
Didnt get half my order and when i went to email the customer service the email is undeliverable. No way for me to get a refund on the undelivered item or the item i want to return due to quality issue.
Update:
The customer service team responded back from a different alias and offered me another item in replacement of the refund. They are trying to accommodate me which I appreciate but getting a refund is hard so make sure u know what ure ordering.

I received my order yesterday, however the sizes are wrong and I need to return them. The email address they provide on their website and in my order does not work! Oversize/different colour
The jumper I purchased was sized very large. My XS was extremely baggy and oversized. The colour was also quite different from the photos and it was several weeks before my order was dispatched.

DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, they use clothes from other websites and sell it at 2 times the price. They will also ship out the item one by one and you wont be receiving the items until another 3 months. I reached out for a refund for a dress i didnt receive 5 months after the purchase, they agreed to refund me and advised me to wait 3-5 days. Waited that time period, messaged them via messenger to say I didnt get any payments and was left on read. Now that i opened a claim on paypal, they are refusing to give me a refund
