Excellent communication & investment in getting the design /project right.

This was my first kitchen project, so I was super nervous about it. After making a few comparisons, I chose Smile Kitchens to design and make the kitchen. The designer Alicia is extremely knowledgable and friendly. She even made three designs for me to find the best option.

There was an issue with the choice of worktop - the one I preferred was not suitable for delivery and installation. The support team Mark and Steven quickly came up with solution, and the new worktop was fast delivered.

The overall experience is great. And my fitter is also very happy with the quality of the units.

Great design process, Corinne was patient with my indecision and offered great solutions. We are really looking forward to having the kitchen installed.

We decided to reach out to Smiler after hearing great things on Instagram about them, we were sceptical at first but shortly proven so wrong. We had a design consultation with Jane and she really brought our ideas to life, and more! The video calls to work through everything really is what is needed in the modern world, they were so useful and easy to fit into a busy schedule. The presentation of the design was amazing and so helpful. They provided us with a competitive quote and the sample box being delivered to us was great. Smile truely are a breath of fresh air in the kitchen world! Thank you so much Jane and Smile :)

Jane was fantastic. Really helpful! Creative ideas and really interactive with us. She just got the look of what we wanted straight away.

We made a design appointment with Corinne and it was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and was willing to design outside of the box - really worth the time spent. Smile also came back with a very competitive price - would highly recommend.

We had a kitchen designed for us by Jane who was so helpful and came up with great ideas on how to maximise the space that we've got. She was able to listen to what we needed and worked the layout really well. The samples sent out were also really helpful for us to visualise what it would look like. The 3D design was great.
We decided to go with another company in the end as Smile didn't quite have the style we wanted. There was no 'hard sell' from them and the whole process was really easy. Diolch Jane!

Smile kitchens is a fantastic concept and a great company. The “high street” company options were far too expensive. I started looking at DIY kitchens but not having the 1 on 1 support was stressful plus I wanted some bespoke options. Enter Smile kitchens. I had 1 on 1 zoom calls with our Designer Natalie throughout the process, she was helpful and reassuring. I chose 3 bespoke shelving units to go along side standard cupboard which makes the kitchen look made to measure without increasing the price too much. And we picked EXACTLY the colour we wanted, no settling for something that would do. The quality and price point are fantastic. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We were really impressed by the design consultancy with Natalie at Smile. She really listened to what we wanted and quickly adjusted the designs following our feedback and sent out samples. We also appreciated the transparent pricing and the level of detail on the itemised quotes. The level of customer service was excellent, especially when compared to some of the larger kitchen suppliers.

What a great experience this was with Smile Kitchens! The process from beginning to end of design (we are yet to have the kitchen delivered) has been amazing, our designer Jane was amazing, so knowledgable, friendly and professional and worked so hard to bring our dream kitchen to life! She went above and beyond and I am obsessed with the final result. The samples sent were great quality and really helped to solidfy the choices. There is so much choice, which are all great quality and cost effective. Highly recommend :)

We had an amazing experience with Smile. From design to installation we felt we had excellent communication and help; top quality products and now a perfect new kitchen!

The best of the best. If you want the best designer then ask for Corinne Barton. We had every appointment with every kitchen supplier you can name. Nothing came close to Smile, especially Corinne’s incredible design! Corinne gave us ideas that nobody else in all our other appointments even mentioned or thought of! I’m blown away with the service from start to finish. Corinne deserves some serious bonus or raise!

We're yet to have our kitchen delivered, but we have been so impressed with the customer service experience we've had from our designer Corinne. Her warmth, attention to detail, and ability to really listen to what we were after was a large part of why we decided to go with Smile over another brand in the end. She made the process easy, made genuinely useful suggestions, and we were confident enough in her understanding of what we were after that we gave her pretty much free reign to come up with a lot of what we've ended up ordering! Hopefully the kitchen itself lives up to expectations, but we know if there are any issues Corinne will be on hand to help.

Martyn and Alicia were very responsive to all my questions and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my kitchen and utility design.
Even though I did not end up purchasing my kitchen from Smile (due to having a tight budget), I would definitely recommend them based on their brilliant customer service and excellent product range.

I am in love with my kitchen. The design process was so straightforward and uncomplicated. The wait wasn't long before it all arrived and within 2 days it was all in.
10/10 from beginning to end.

It's been a wonderful experience of kitchen designing with the help by Emma Irvine. She's such a helpful, knowledgable, always being patience to my questions and requests. One of the likes of Smile kitchen, they come with varies of dimensions so that my kitchen can be able perfectly fitted with my desired design. Thanks Emma for all your help, we are absolutely thrilled with it. I will definitely back for the final feedback when the kitchen is done and fitted.

Designing a kitchen is not an easy task. So many companies can re-provide the same design over and over without keeping the customer and overall flow of the rooms on mind. Smile kitchens do a marvellous job as bringing the best design to you. They provide a modern, young and vibrant eye and really work with you! Jane in particular was an absolute star from start to finish! Thanks !

Very happy with the easy and friendly design process (thanks Martyn), the price and quality, and the way they work. Some minor delivery problems (re the date and units delivered) but overall deserve the 5 stars.
