Alicia was an excellent designer to work with. She listened to everything I wanted and aimed to fulfill this. Nothing was too much trouble. She fully embraced my "can we try this" "can we look at this option" with as much enthusiasm as I had.

The samples all arrived beautifully presented and allowed me to really pull the vision together without needing the showroom experience. This model also removes any sense of pushy sales person.

Alicia's communication was great throughout - she keeps odd hours which meant I'd get a reply quickly if I had a random thought in the evening.

At this stage I can only speak for the design and samples experience as it's not delivered yet but this has been the best process - I went to all your local high street brands and this trumps them all

Isabella was very attentive and listened to my requirements. She was friendly and approachable and designed a kitchen to suit my needs.

Jane was amazing. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable answering all our questions and proposing solutions. Great process.

Izzy our designer was so patient, very thorough and just so lovely to work with. She had samples sent over just before Christmas which managed to arrive during our second appointment so we could talk through our options. We loved her ideas and how she brought the design together. We recommend!

We worked with Gemma to design our kitchen and she's been brilliant!

We had a few complicated elements (mostly me wanting to include specific items for everything from handles, to sinks and taps!) and Gemma went above and beyond to find us different options and re-work designs.

Love the 3D designs to help visualise, and the drawings shared were super clear and detailed.

Our project has been a bit of a nightmare as a bigger renovation, but Gemma and Smile have been great in terms of communication, quality and helping us to problem-solve issues caused by builders (nothing to do with Smile).

Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with Matthew Ansaldo‑Taylor who designed the most wonderful kitchen for us and was cognisant of our budget. He thought of things we hadn’t thought of and through his clearly vast experience was able to help us weigh up different aspects of design choices which I thought was invaluable.

Jennifer our designer was amazing from the minute we met gave me ideas and also was straight to the point with what we could and couldn’t do. The options were endless but not too overwhelming!

I really hope we get go ahead with our kitchen with Smile loved all of it! Jennifer Ings was our designer I hope once we have our budget finalised we can work with Jennifer again.

Brilliant range of products and fantastic service. Tom has been great to work with, his knowledge and experience was really valuable throughout the design process.

I thought there’d have to be a catch. We went to half a dozen of the popular kitchen sellers and not only was Smile way more affordable, but the design team (Corinne in our case) was genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.
The design and price was great, so the actual quality had to be bad, right? Nope! The materials, fixtures, hardware, etc all seem to be of high quality (I have limited experience but a friend in the trade was impressed).
Okay so the design, price, and quality are good—the aftercare must be wretched. Wrong again! Great comms throughout the install and responsive to anything needed.
It’s been 6 months since the install and we’re very pleased.
Our friends also had a great experience (which is how we heard about Smile in the first place). Would recommend! Thanks Corinne!

We’re super happy with the whole process of our kitchen design, quality and service!

Having renovated our house recently, we were browsing a lot of kitchen companies from online to instore and choose smile due to their committed service. Our kitchen designer Huse was wonderful to work with, very accommodating to our design and also timings for our appointments (Sunday mornings).

Huse made the design process fun and we were blown away by the service he provided, not only that but price and quality is very good with this company. I wouldn’t want to compare to others, but if you’re looking for a good quality kitchen, then you should pick Smile.

The design process was great, Emma, our designer, listened to our thoughts, offered us different design options, and there were no pushy sales tactics. Would wholly recommend.

The whole experience with Corinne has been incredible and I could not recommend her more. We have used other high street companies in the past and found them to be very pushy and sales orientated. Corinne was the complete opposite, she was genuinely interested in our project and whilst listening to our ideas and feedback she would always make helpful suggestions to our plan that we didn't think of. All the changes we needed to make were never a problem and if I ever had any questions or uncertanties Corinne was always there to help and was really friendly. The samples we were sent helped to give an idea of the options and quality of the kitchen we ordered. Being able to see the kitchen virtually really helped to give a sense of how the kitchen would feel.

The price was completely acceptable considering the high quality materials used and we didn't feel like we had to go to other suppliers because we knew they would use cheaper materials for a similar price.

Overall I would always recommend Smile Kitchens in the future and especially Corinne as she made our experience 100 times better !

After seeing a lot of ads for Smile I took a punt and it's been well worthwhile. Booking a consultation was easy and letting the designers implement your ideas makes the process easy. Samples of cupboards, handles and worktops are sent out free so you don't need a showroom and you can judge the quality for yourself. If you don't like their colour ranges you can pick your own. And then there's a 'big reveal' where I found a surprisingly good price, a fully transparent quote and some brilliant 3D design renders. You won't get it right first time and they are happy to do follow-ups and keep talking you through it. The thing that holds it all together is your designer and I'm really thankful to have been allocated to Alicia. Not only a great designer, but incredibly patient and really easy to work with. Alicia's a fantastic communicator too: always friendly and really responsive to requests and questions - of which there were lots. So although the kitchen hasn't arrived yet, the experience has given me great confidence it will have been a punt well worth taking.

Corinne has been amazing! After finding Smile Kitchens on Instagram I decided to consider them for my latest renovation. After several appointments with other suppliers, Smile soon became my first choice. With fantastic design ideas, great products and a friendly yet professional service - it ticked all the boxes. Corinne offered appointments to suit us, always replied promptly to queries and changes and never once felt pushy. The entire process has been thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you Corinne!

I had my first design meeting with Ian today. I have planned a few kitchen with other companies over the years but have to say Ian is the most personable and professional kitchen designer Iv met. I’m very pleased with the process so far. The fact that Smile are sending out free samples to my house is great!

Review for the design process of my kitchen, not the kitchen or delivery which is in the future. I worked with Corinne on the design who was very helpful, took my needs into consideration and came up with a perfect design. Communication was very clear and the process including receiving samples straight forward.

What an impressive journey so far with Smile Kitchens. I have had a number of designs form other companies, but nothing has come close to what I was looking for. My designer Jon West has been incredible and an absolute credit to the company. He listened to everything I needed from my new Kitchen and created the most beautiful and practical design. I had my first design consultation on the Saturday and by the Tuesday my sample cabinet, quartz and handles arrived. I have just had my second design consultation, which was really to tweak a couple of things and to arrange a couple of custom colour cabinet samples to be sent to me. I have a better quality kitchen for a very competitive price. If you are looking for an an amazing kitchen design, great service, competitive prices, look no further than Smile Kitchens. I look forward to my continuing journey.
