Smile Kitchen Design Process
The design process was very straightforward. The designer explained the steps clearly and was very helpful with ideas for layouts colour schemes materials and so on, they were always very polite and friendly and positive which was really appreciated.

I have had such a positive experience with Smile Kitchens from beginning to end. The company have fantastic kitchen options available and I was able to find a new kitchen to suit my style and needs. Our designer, Nat, was so accommodating throughout my design process. She helped me measure up, talk through the style options that would meet my tastes most and she sent out samples quickly so I could see what we were working with in person. She worked with me across all of our design meetings and even when I was changing my mind back and forth she was so understanding and just wanted me to be comfortable in what I was settling on. She showed me extras and fancy additions I could have but didn't force them on me if I didn't think we'd use them. She really listened to me. Always with a big smile on her face and easy conversation - she was so easy going. So happy to have been able to choose my kitchen with Smile and especially thanks to Nat!

Smile Kitchens design experience
We had a fantastic design experience with Smile Kitchens. Jane, our designer, was incredibly patient throughout the process, and when we finally settled on what we wanted, she brought our dream kitchen to life — based only on a handful of photos. Very good experience with online design
We are renovating a Victorian property with a very dated and worn kitchen. Thankfully the basic layout was useful which meant we didn’t have to move connections that much, but our designer Izzy was very helpful in adjusting and finding space for the cupboards we wanted to add. We then discovered missing floor tiling where a breakfast bar was supposed to go, and again Izzy was very patient and helpful in working with the last minute change. Definitely recommended and looking forward to see it all in place!

Every detail covered, without the hassle.
Started the enquiry with Natalie at Smile almost a year ago to work out if a new kitchen was in our budget, and since then, start/stop from us while we tried to find a builder etc. In that whole time, Natalie made the process of designing our kitchen so easy, even though I thought I had a clear idea of what I wanted we had so many little changes. None of those were a problem, there was no pushy sales talk, no "sale ends now" gimmick. Our samples arrived quickly and we didn't miss a showroom experience.

Gemma our designer was incredible. Listened, advised, lovely to speak to.
While I didn’t end up using smile as just could not get the units I wanted as they just did not sell them, I would fully recommend.

The creme de la creme of kitchens designers
We spoke to several kitchen companies while researching and planning our kitchen renovation, but Smile Kitchens and our designer, Jennifer were by far the best we dealt with. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble to tweak or review, and she's so quick at making changes in the CAD platform. We loved receiving door front and worktop samples in the post, and really enjoyed seeing our dream kitchen take shape in front of our eyes (the 3D walk-through was really exciting!) and are so grateful to Jennifer for the time she dedicated to making sure it was just right for us. Highly recommend Smile Kitchens!

Amazing experience!
We were about to start our kitchen reno and needed to choose a supplier, I wasn’t sure where to start then saw some insta posts about Smile and someone I follow used them. From the initial design consultation with Nat Hern to the final order it has been such a fantastic experience! I didn’t feel pressured once throughout, I made sooo many changes and not one seemed like a chore or problem, she jumped on loads of calls with me when I asked for help and was always so lovely and helpful! She made fab suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of and samples were sent out super quick. I honestly can’t count how many different designs she did for me and how patient she was! I wholeheartedly would recommend Smile (and Nat) to anyone, I can’t wait to get the kitchen installed!!

Attention to detail, creative designs
We have had several consultations with kitchen companies over the past couple of months. Smile Kitchens was by far the best customer service of them all.
We had an online consultation with Gemma who was really lovely, she really listened to what it was we wanted and made us a brilliant design with quite a difficult space.
She was really creative and problem solved where we could put certain appliances and she had such attention to detail. We got the feeling she actually cared about making us a design we would be excited about. She came up with some great ideas that companies elsewhere didn’t think of and gave different budget options to try and make it work for us.
The planning meeting was really easy, all done via zoom from home where we discussed our must have’s, colours and style. We then sent over some photos of styles and designs we’d seen online before a second zoom meeting where Gemma showed us the design. At no stage did we feel pressured or like we were being chased which was a real bonus because that’s just an instant no from me.
We haven’t gone through with an order from Smile but this is purely to do with their finance options not being the best for us and nothing to do with our experience. If they did an interest free option we wouldn’t have hesitated!
Great communication, no pressure and great designs!
I sadly cannot comment on the quality or anything past the design stage but from the experience we had from design consultation we would definitely recommend!
