Great experience working with Jane to design our kitchen, she gave invaluable advice and nothing was too much trouble with numerous tweaks made until it was perfect.

Natalie was absolutely brilliant and understood my brief straight away. I really liked her taste and ideas for my kitchen design. I would highly recommend her to other customers.

Just completed the order of my new kitchen today and I couldn't be happier. Corinne was an absolute star, she helped me from start to finish, advised me wisely and made sure I would get everything I wanted. She was extremely patient with all my questions and requests and never once made me feel pressured to buy. But in the end I had no doubt I wanted a Smile Kitchen because of their professionalism, high quality and great service. I can't wait for my kitchen to arrive and to have the kitchen of my dreams! My experience with Smile has been brilliant so far. My designer Jane is so helpful, she's come up with a creative design which meets all of my needs, and more! I love how quickly tweaks can be made to my design and samples can be sent. Jane is so responsive, I can't wait for my kitchen to arrive!

I cannot believe the level of customer service smile kitchens provide, our kitchen went through so many modifications due to build changes, but our kitchen consultant Emma was there at the drop of a hat to amend things for us, providing different space saving options every time.

The main reason why I chose Smile was their colour match service, I chose to have my kitchen colour matched to little greene paint and it was incredibly cost effective compared to other providers.

Our designer Emma sent through virtual walk-through designs of our kitchen so we could really get a feel for the space in 3D and how it would all work together. I couldn’t recommend Emma enough, we had lovely chats every time we had a design meeting, and even when she had an out of office email reply set, she still replied to me?! Amazing. Thank you so much.

And to top it off, you don’t pay a penny until after delivery?!

Gemma was really helpful and the visualisation was great. Would recommend.

Our designer Huse was brilliant throughout the whole process. We had been to many design appointments with other companies and it just felt a bit ‘sales-y’ and generic. We got a great design and plenty of time and thought went into from both parties.

I usually shy away from online shopping for everyday items, let alone something as significant as a kitchen! Feeling out of my depth, I decided to take a chance after my builder recommended Smiles Kitchen.

I was fortunate to work with a designer named Gemma Ashford, who immediately made me feel at ease. Gemma was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind, guiding me patiently through the entire process. As this was my first time purchasing a kitchen, I had no clear idea of what I wanted. Gemma’s calm demeanor and expertise helped me navigate choices regarding colors and quality, all while ensuring I stayed within my budget.

After much back and forth with numerous questions and several appointments and mind changes, Gemma consistently provided prompt and efficient responses.

Although I haven't received my kitchen yet, the follow-up support from the Smiles Kitchen sales team has been fantastic so far in organising delivery dates and other details. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone in need of a new kitchen, with wonderful customer service.

I’m awaiting delivery, so can’t comment on quality as yet. But the design process, sample quality & price has exceeded all expectations.
Our designer Corinne is so talented & incredibly patient. She managed to very quickly come up with several options that a high end London designer assured me ‘wasn’t possible’

We were delighted with our experience at Smile Kitchens, which truly exceeded our expectations. Our kitchen designer, Emma Irvine, was a standout – she completely understood our vision and was incredibly helpful with her advice and accommodating with changes. The entire process felt more exciting and superior to our experiences with other suppliers. The sample box and measurement pack from Smile Kitchens were also exceptional, being both helpful and well-organized. We have now placed our order and are confident in a continued positive experience.

Smile was very professional and the online consultation and design service was excellent. Smile sent out free samples of what we required and a free postage service to send them back. The price was very competitive especially with the quality supplied. Unfortunately we did not purchase our kitchen through Smile due only to they could not offer a certain size wall cabinet we required in a the taller version. If it was not for this Smile would have been out choice. Was very impressed and thought even with out purchasing a good review was more than needed

The design process with Jane was exciting and easy. She gave us loads of ideas and advice and nothing was ever too much trouble when we wanted to make changes. She was always prompt in her responses and made the process easy and enjoyable. Then after we’d placed the order we were passed to Emily. Who was completely faultless in her approach. Arranging delivery was easy, no bother for us to move it when we weren’t quite ready. Then, as we fitted it ourselves, she helped answer all of our questions and when we drip fed small issues, like a damaged door etc it was never a bother to get it sorted. The quality of the kitchen is also second to none. We’ve been so impressed with the quality, finish and service of smile. We’ve even converted two other couples from mainstream kitchen companies to now be using smile.

I’ve used Smile myself 5 years ago & was very happy with the experience. So I went back for my mum’s kitchen.

I had two consultations with Smile Kitchens. Martyn was absolutely great - he actually listened to me and tried to work out ways to keep the cost down whilst providing a stunning design. Ultimately I decided not to go with Smile as the unit wasn't exactly what I'd had in mind. Had that not been the case, I would happily have given them my business.

A great experience with smile kitchens so far. My designer, Natalie was so lovely to work with and helped me plan my dream kitchen around the budget that I had. She was always happy to make any amends and was always on hand whenever I had any questions, enquiries or concerns. The kitchen has now been delivered and I’m so looking forward to the installation process!

I’ve had a great experience buying my kitchen through Smile Kitchens. My design process was especially good, with my designer being helpful, creative and knowledgeable. Delivery was exactly what I was expecting and all my items arrive safely with no damages. The quality is great and when I did reach out to customer support, they were efficient and helpful. Love my kitchen! Very happy.

I haven't yet purchased our kitchen, but I can highly recommend the design services. Our designer, Jane, was very friendly and available and did a great job designing a kitchen in quite a tricky shaped room.
