Order a product never received it wants me to pay for another order and shipping i believe this company is a scam Do not order from them

Ordered 2 wireless tail lights. Received one wired light. This company is a total scam.

I ordered and paid for the following on 26/01/2025:

Order No: 12503S237839

To date, I have not received this order, despite the order being placed almost 5 months ago and, according to the tracking number, having arrived at your Shipping Partner Facility in Australia on 16/02/2025.

When I track the order through your website by the tracking number, the most recent entry is 23/02/2025, stating “In transit in Australia”.

I am at a loss as to how this could have been in transit in Australia for almost 4 months and not yet been delivered to me.

I am requesting that you URGENTLY track this parcel to find out where it is. I believe there is a strong possibility that you are SCAMMING myself and other Australians.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service your company provided in this case and will definitely take this case further if I am not satisfied with your response.

Comfortable and stylish sandals exceeded my expectations—definitely superior to others Ive tried; adding slightly softer straps could improve comfort.

I ordered drink bottles on the 2.11.24 for xmas. I am still waiting 1/4/25. When contacting the support they were prompt getting back to me but telling me to wait and blaming the courier for not updating the tracking. Unable to get a refund when asked. Unable to resolve the issue. How long is reasonable to wait.

Ordered these sandals recently and they arrived within about two weeks. Shipping time was reasonable but not especially fast. Design is pretty nice—comfortable, casual style great for summer days. Price seems fair for the quality provided. Overall satisfied, although nothing outstanding, theyre good enough for everyday wear.

The product I received was nothing more than cheap lotion at best. It is NOT color changing foundation as they claim. When I tried to claim their refund policy they offered $2, $4, & $6 MANY MANY emails later. I had to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company to get my money back. Save yourself the headache and don't buy from these scammers. Go to dollar tree and get some of the BB Cream make up. I am sure you'llbe much more satisfied!

I believed that I was getting scammed! Although the timing to receive my items took too long! I did receive them. Now, let's see if the seeds actually do as described... wait for an update!

I ordered a lotus bouquet and it was never sent to me. They took my money and then there is no way to reach them. They're the worst.

I ordered the color changing foundation that is supposed to work for everyone, it is just plain cheap lotion that does absolutely nothing. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! $30.00 for cheap crap and they offer me a $2 refund. BEWARE!!

DO NOT order from this company! I ordered a Christmas gift 2 mos ago and now they say it was delivered, but it wasn’t. They will not refund my money.

I ordered 3 for one foundation. Got three packages that cost a fortune instead of just one. Also it is advertised as foundation make-up that changes colour. This is no foundation it is a moisturiser, probably a cheap handlotion that does not change colour! Waiting for a refund!!!

Literally the worst product unless you are a canary. I ordered medium blonde and got a literally laughable canary yellow. No refunds. Just an email saying sorry it isn’t like the product shown on the website ‘due to the lights in the photo”. It’s CANARY YELLOW. Do not order from this site you’ll never get a refund or a replacement. Wish is an upgrade

This company should be reported!! They sent me 2 balloons instead of colour fix foundation, after 2 months of waiting for said product!! They continue to duck & weave via copious amounts of emails, I'm reporting them to my bank & Consumer affairs! 😡😡😡

TOTAL SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! I finally received my order for the color changing foundation, which of course was the incorrect item. They sent me some discoloration cream. I have been trying to get them to correct the order and they keep responding that their team determined the order was correct!!!! They offered me a refund of $2. I am reporting this company to my credit card next to get my money back as they are not willing to make good on their order. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

This is NOT a FOUNDATION and is NOT what was described on facebook. I spent $30.00 and received 4 bottles which was moisturizing cream a that made me breakout. All this company is a SCAM!!!

Ordered items with a promised delivery before Christmas. Came to TrustPilot and although the rating wasn't high, decided to proceed because it wasn't low enough to not give the company a chance. The items have not been delivered. Tracking provided by the company is fake and eventually doesn't make sense. When followed up, the company interacted with me for a while then went silent.

I purchased via PayPal because of protections they offer. Had to start the process again and the company did interact briefly but with no legitimate responses. Escalated the claim with PayPal and it was denied because of the dodgy consignment number provided by the seller. Rang PayPal and have resolved now in my favour and am waiting for a refund early February.

PayPal are just as complicit for going into business with companies that are dodgy.
