Avoid smilestyler

I messaged them on messenger and they took a few days for them to get back to me. When asked who does the scans, staff said the dentist, when i mentioned that i am a current customer and Iconic Dentistry WA used a technician, he hung up immediately.

I’ve been waiting for more than a month for my new retainers. Based on their google reviews, I’m not the only one who’s been waiting. As much as i want to support Australian businesses, customer service is appalling and the delays for the aligners are not acceptable.

Avoid using this company at all cost, they have no accountability and integrity. Huge shame that they are an Aussie company.
