Update : I eventually received my order on the 20th of December, after harassing them of mail and DM. Thanks again Sophie from Instagram for helping me !
I ordered on the 13th of October for 90€, no news from them since then. I tried email, phone (the number doesn't exist), Instagram and even Facebook multiple times.
I should have read the comments before because now I feel scammed ! 😠

Even though the store claims to ensure next day delivery (provided that the order is done before 10pm), i have still not received my order placed on 30th Oct. I hope that once i finally receive the package, that the socks will be worth waiting, but no package so far...

I have ordered some socks in February and have never received anything. In the beginning they still replied about delivery issues, then they stopped answering at all.

I am getting their advertisment emails almost on a daily basis and am suprised that the company hasn’t been prosecuted yet as there are many people not receiving their orders.

Don’t fall for them.

I ordered on 6/3/21 and directly paid for the order. But I have never received it. Customer support is not reachable, probably not even existing.

I deeply recommend not to order from them.

I love these! I love wearing creative socks and these little faces make me happy. Will definitely order more in the future!

Bought 1 march, still no socks after 2 month. No money returned after several mails. Hopefully PayPal will help! Think before you buy.

Excellent quality, quick delivery! Finally a pair of socks that are not too big for me. My size is 38,5-39,00 and most brands are either too small or too big. I recommend them!

I ordered socks for priority delivery of 1 - 4 days. I got a note that they would notify me as soon as they were shipped. That was two weeks ago.

All emails asking for an update remain unanswered.

Update: two weeks later and still nothing. No socks. No customer service. Nothing!

Now they want more information. Here is a suggestion... respond to emails! If you did, I would not have any resort to posting reviews!!

The process of returning products is quite arduous. I've sent several messages but haven't received any actual help. In the meantime I've been spammed with emails promoting the website and offering me discount. I definitely won't order anything from smiling socks again. I'm definitely not smiling right now.

They're lovely design but shorted than I'd understood from the advert. The one-size-fits-all is a great idea, but Im sensing the pressure my size 46 2/3 will put on them may mean a shorted lifetime

Service excellent but the sock that I've ordered (white color) the material was too thin for a price €4 / piece a little bit to much.
