We have used smith and graham in the past , however won't be rushing back to use them again zara was who we delt with in office and would run defiantly not recommend her attitude

Bethany from the Middlesbrough office did the conveyancing on both the sale and purchase of our property. She was excellent from start to finish. She kept us informed every step of the process and was very approachable. Nothing was a problem to her. I would highly recommend her.

I have used Smith & Graham solicitors for selling and buying my rented properties and recently for the sale of my residential property in November 2024, Jameel was excellent and kept me informed of what he was doing and what I needed to do, Andrew and Beth who also got involved with both transactions of selling and buying my properties are a great addition to the company and kept me updated at all times.

Not the first time i have used Smith and Graham Solicitors and once again they have proven helpful and patient throuhgout. Will certainly recommend and use again.

The process of moving house is so stressful and unfortunately there were a lot if issues getting our dream home, and the selling of the property we lived in. From two buyers pulling out from the purchase of my property to issues with solar panels at the property we where buying there was a lot going against us. If it wasn't for Beth at Smith & Graham putting in all the hard work and going the extra mile I don't think our move would have happened. Thank you Beth and the team at Smith and Graham for getting us there in the end!

Smith & Graham Solicitors are the most reliable lawyers professional and consistent communication. Highly Recommended

Not worth the money; not polite in person either; won't directly speak to you once identity is confirmed -- sends the apprentice/admin to deal with it which is quite hierarchical in my opinion. Not very good at getting in touch during house selling journey which is infuriating. Additionally, informed myself and my spouse that the final charge would be very small, only until the invoice came in at over £400. Definitely consider your options, but as first time seller of a house; this soliciting firm have come across arrogant, slow and not invested. They must have more than enough customers. Middlesbrough store.

Spoke to a lovely, friendly young lady named Zara at the Hartlepool Branch. She was very efficient and explained everything that I needed to know.
