I recently walked into the salon absolutely devastated, after receiving the difficult news from my doctor that I needed to shave my hair.

From the moment I sat in her chair Elaine completely changed my outlook. She was incredibly compassionate, kind, & immediately made me feel safe and understood. Elaine treated the situation with such sensitivity and professionalism, focusing entirely on making me feel beautiful and strong.
Elaine didn't just give me a haircut; she gave me my confidence back. She created the most beautiful, flattering, and empowering style for me.
Leaving the salon, I didn't feel devastated anymore—I felt feminine and completely myself again.

A missing item from my order was quickly dealt with. Speedy delivery though the packaging wasn't very secure. Website easy to use, very pleased to have re-discovered this shampoo & conditioner as it cannot be bought anywhere locally!

Good service, excellent product

Goods arrived, no packaging except box, but arrived ok. The hair mask wasn’t a spray, as I was hoping. I should have realised. But I will use it. I wonder if SmithEngland does a hair pump spray to control frizzy hair? I love the hair oil have been using for a while and it smells delightful!

I didn’t receive anything from you but it says my order is completed. I tried to email you regarding this problem but got no reply so far. A terrible shopping experience. Please tell me where my order went.
