Horrendous, wish I’d checked out reviews first. Deceives you into thinking a London based store as more expensive than Primark/Shein, but when items arrive, after weeks waiting, the quality is very, very poor. Seems like this company keeps slightly changing its name as well. Definitely stay away!

Total scam NOT a uk company as portrayed. poor quality bras which went in the bin as they wanted me to return to CHINA at my cost of £20.

They give the impression they are in the UK but they are in China. The goods were poor quality and ill fitting. I was supposed to send them back at my own cost. They have fake Trust Pilot reviews on their site. Avoid this company, it should be shut down.

Disappointed with the Quality not worth the price….its a china company not UK! I had high hope for this bra based on the description and images, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. Material feels cheap, its very thin, and fit was awful ( its for the bin ) Overall, the quality is far below what is expected for the price. A disappointing Purchase..

The company purports to be a British family run company. Postage to your home address is indeed free but if you need to return something the return address is China yea will not provide a British address. The postage to China is too much to pay. The goods I received were very poor quality and did not fit. The websites and adverts are designed to deceive. Do not use

This company is also on trust pilot as SmithandcoLondon but it's the same company which I reviewed under that name. Having dug deeper at companies house I believe this is a scam company that has absolutely no association with the UK. I could report to companies house but I've wasted enough time. I believed their reviews as it was trustpilot and had the Royal Mail trusted logo -but they are actually just photos on their website - they do not link to trust pilot! AVOID these facebook adverts for such companies

I order 2 bras over 6 weeks ago and they still have not arrived. They appear to be coming from London. However, I think they are coming from China. I have asked for my money back and no response. Is this a scam?

Ordered a bra using their sizing guide but was much smaller than I expected. When I wanted to return it they directed me to a return page which says you need to send the item back to China at your own expense. They suggest they are a UK family owned company but it’s not clear their stock is held in China and there is no suggestion until you need it that you need to return items to China. Avoid it!

Ordered comfy bra and waited 1 month for delivery as it was shipped from China not London as implied by the name. Very poor quality materials not worth the wait.

Terrible store. Don't buy anything. It comes from China. It took 1 month to arrive and the result is disappointing. Very poor fabric, it smells terrible and the stitching is very bad, you just throw it away. They don't refund, it is very difficult to communicate.

Apparently this is UK based, but the order comes from China and if you wish to return anything you need to pay to track the parcel back to China.. Waste of money all round as very misleading.

Absolutely useless. State they are a family owned British company with the Royal Mail Trusted Partner logo. I checked their website and ordered two bras suitable for a 36DD - they might fit a 13 year old, they are certainly NOT DD, and are just thin shoddy material cut out with raw edges. Contact them for their "hassle free" returns and, guess what, it's in China and they won't send a reply paid label or refund postage. Another scam company that shouldn't be allowed to lie on their website and then get away with it, I'm so fed up of these con merchants. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
