After walking past the Smith’s coffee warehouse & smelling the delicious coffee scent wafting out, I decided to investigate & placed an order which arrived promptly. There was a problem with one product which was swiftly resolved so I’m very impressed with customer service as well as the quality of the products.

Your order was received on Thursday 24th and it left Thursday 24th via Royal Mail first class post.
(we are told Royal Mail usually arrives next day but can take up to 3 days)
I understand you spoke to our office this morning and you indicated that you were 'ok, lets leave it a couple of days'
I see you posted a 1 star review on Friday/Saturday before contacting the office.
A review on Trustpilot would only reach us after you've already spoken to our sales desk so going forward, we sincerely hope you would be able to contact us directly so that we can investigate any delays to your order caused by third party carriers...in this case Royal Mail.
